I am a avid business traveller .I always appreciate places with space,privacy,nature,cleanliness,quiet,near neccesary needs and groceries,shops ,good transport,safe neighborhood (as I mostly travel alone on my business trips when I am not on holiday with my family),fully furnished kitchen with basic dry stores and spices and a fast Wifi ( for both work and tourist inquiries) I would also greatly appreciate if the property is well equipped with basic amenities like towels,linens,paper towels,first aid kit,telephone,television with a few English channels( besides CNN & BBC),hand soap,windows which can open with blinds or curtains especially in the bathroom,air condition ( during summer),elevator for upper properties & iron.I understand the anxiety of hosts renting their places to strangers but rest assured your property are in good hands even if its only for a few days.Likewise ,the travelers are also anxious and stressed about the payment,passing of keys ,safety and privacy.Flexible check ins and check outs with flexible cancellation policy is very important to us who travel from another country( mostly).Instant booking will also be helpful for our last minute travels.
