About Ian
We are retired professionals with, so we are told, a youthful outlook on life. We are looking to travel the world, having recently been to Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa & Canada. In his working life Ian looked after the finances of Social Housing Charities in the UK and Anke was a librarian in the Netherlands. Our daughter and her husband live and work in Canada and we enjoy visiting them in Vancouver. We hope our hosts will be able to offer a clean, non-smoking environment, a comfortable double bed and accessible bathroom, along with a reasonable level of peace and quiet, and a friendly welcome. We are keen to explore the places we visit, so will expect to be out and about most of the time.
