Excellent location for sightseeing, shopping and going out. We would definetly choose this lovely, small flat again: everything you need, very quiet and clean.

This place was is Hells Kitchen near South Central Park, the theater district as well as some great shopping. Perfect area to explore on foot or if you are into carriage rides those were available nearby in the park.

The host is a very kind guy, who looks after you via email and text message right from the beginning (booking). he was never being intrusive but always offered us assistance and advice.

My arrival was early, as in 6:30am, in the morning because I was attending a seminar on the same day. My host was very accommodating and allowed me to drop off my luggage even though my check in wasn't until later in the day. Martin was able to meet me, show me the ins and outs of his place, provided fresh fruit, water and had a wonderful space for me to call home during my stay in NYC. He is very friendly, knows the city and gave suggestions as to streets to walk and areas to visit which I found helpful. He is a great host and would definitely return.
