Since childhood I've always loved to travel. The first trip was in Kenya when I was six. Back then I quickly understood that travel was synonymous with culture and having the chance to transfer it it to other people is really the realization of a dream. Today I want to do this with my guests. Make them feel at home, let them know the history of my city, Rome, let them enjoy the art that has inspired countless artists, make them taste the food that have made clear worldwide the meaning of a real dinner.
