Location is absolutely brilliant!!!!! Quiet location at crawling distance from the Jordan, Harlemmerdijk/straat area, wersterlijke park and eilanden and Station.
Both cleanliness and facilities would have rated better if it wasnt for the couple of things being broken or not in good condition. Obviousle the previous tenants had not reported they broke something (bed sofa and base of bed). The kitchen utensils were also pretty scarce (no proper knife foo few tea towels, no peeler,.. etc.) - very basic.
The back garden was not accessable which made this basement flat a bit claustrofobic.... No ventilation or window in bed-room.

The host was accomodating and pretty responsive in fixing some inital flaws. (missing bed linnen, ongoing renovation)
They would have given a much better impression if this had been in order as we arrived since they waste our time waiting for them to turn up.
