Paul 1.0 10/13/2014One of those bookings that I regret accepting. Absent from NY to receive Janice as so often guest are left to conduct there stay in a fit and proper manner 'Trust' is the key. I operate a self check in system. I had a call from another resident in the apartment building complaining of noise and inquiring to how many people was staying in 'Janice's' party. Upon replying the resident informed my that there was multiple people entering my house far more than agreed on the booking. I also had has a similar complaint from a neighbor who had snapped pictures of the goings on. An attempt to contact Janice was ignored. It seemed Janice was having a party or gathering 'strictly prohibited under the terms of the rental agreement'. I felt so helpless being abroad myself.
Upon leaving the cleaner reported lots rubbish left every where, furniture including beds moved obviously to accommodate more people the place was left in a real mess. I can no recommend another host to go through this.
