About Inna

I always wanted to help others, so I started out as a Social Worker to do just that. I've traveled the world and always desired to have my very own B&B. To make that dream possible I decided to change to a career in NYC real estate about 12 years ago. I worked for one of the largest Manhattan rental firms and learned as much as I could about our city that never sleeps. I LOVE NY!, it's a very special place and I think you will fall in love with it too. Now we own 11 units that we rent to our guests from all over the world...short term. My dream realized.     Frigidaire sale et malodorant et de plus ne fonctionne pas

    Salle de bain porte bloquee avec une personne a l interieur ' il fallu que le voisin vienne avec un pied de biche pour. Faire sauter la serrure
    Et nous avons partager l appartement avec un enorme cafard

    It is a third floor without elevator, overlooking the courtyard, in Harlem, surrounded by shops, the area is quiet and quick access to downtown (15 minutes) with the express subway line A (blue) 24 hours arriving to the Airtrain JFK.

    Let me give some advise about your bussiness which could be better: - If the instructions are "don't touch TV" you look for a remote control and don't touch TV, but if there isn't the remote control because it is lost, I understand that people touch the TV looking for channels. It would be better to inform about the lost or supply the remote control and nobody will touch the TV. In any case, it could be better don’t offer a service which is no complete because you give place to understanding. - If the instructions say "don't touch wi-fi" you don't touch it, but if wi-fi doesn't work I understand why people touch the wi-fi unit. I felt dissapointed about the correct working.- If instructions say "there is a hair drier" you don't take your hair drier with you, but during ten days some people who has long hair needs a hair drier to prevent a cold. I felt dissapointed about the information.

    Wohnung stimmt nicht mit den Bilder aus Buchungsseite Internet überein dies sollte überprüft und geändert werden / glaube nicht an gründliche Reinigung / Küche voller Fettspuren / Türschloss defekt so Dass wir mehrmals eingeschlossen waren / nach Reklamation wegen Sauberkeit keine Reaktion

    Kommunikation im Vorfeld nicht vorhanden. Sehr unangenehm in die USA zu reisen und nicht zu wissen ob das mit der Unterkunft klappt. Zufaellig kam der Miteigentuemer WAYNE der bei Hausnummer 369 ganz unten wohnt. Lage wirklich sehr gut. Nahe der U-Bahn. Haben uns sehr sicher gefuehlt. Preis / Leistung war wirklich super. Lediglich saubere Bettwaesche waren nicht vorhanden. Im Bad waren noch viele Haare von den Vorgaengern. Wenn man selbst Decke und Kissen (oder etwas zum drueber legen) mitnimmt ist es dort PERFEKT! Wuerde es wieder buchen.

    No communication. Really bad. By chance Wayne (really nice guy) came around and gave us the key. He lives on 369. Position really good. Near Subway. Feel very safe. Bed and the floor of the bathroom wasnt really clean. Rest was really good. Would come again.

    Wir haben nicht das oben angegebene Zimmer bekommen und sauber war es auch nicht! Unser erster Weg führte uns in einen Supermarkt um Desinfektionsspray zu kaufen! Wir haben uns Teilweise wirklich geekelt und nach dem Staub und Dreck zu urteilen, hat offensichtlich nie eine Endreinigung stattgefunden wie angegeben!
    Uns war klar, dass wir für diesen Preis nicht viel erwarten können aber Sauberkeit sehen wir als selbstverständlich an.

    Der Subway ist sofort neben der Haustür und man kann alles gut und ohne Probleme erreichen.
    Für zwei Personen war der Platz ausreichend, die Lage war gut, wir hatten viel Spaß in New York, doch leider müssen wir sagen, dass wir nicht noch einmal bei Inna buchen werden!

    The place was not exactly clean when we arrived, especially the bathroom, so we had to do some cleaning ourselves. Otherwise the appartment was fine, quite minimalistic but enough for sleeping over. One problem was Internet which most of the time did not function. The area is more Harlem than West Upper Side but we felt quite safe. Short way to the metro and simple access to all major tourist destinations.

    Lage zur Metro sehr gut, Eingang zur Metro 5 m vom Hauseingang. Sehr knapp ausgestattet, Schrank für Bekleidung fehlt, nur eine Stange mit 5 Bügeln. War sehr unsauber, viel Staub und Haare, kein Staubsauger.... Sieht auf Bildern besser aus als in real....

    It is close to subway so you can go to downtown comfortably. The apartment could have been better equipped but that seems to be standard for NY.

    when we got to the building, we had to call the code Imma because we had did not open the day we were traveling sent us an email with a new code of access to the building and not everyone has internet all day, we attended times.
    it's a shame, with some renovation and cleaning the apartment would be excellent.

    More advises for your business:
    - If the instructions say "don't open the windows" you don't open the windows, but in this case you have to put a system of air replacement and air conditioning which permets to be confortable, because if not, I can understand that people open the windows.- If you could regulate easily the watter temperature in the shower, this may be a saving of important water consumption.
    However, the last day, a person came to check that everything was OK. Thats why I give some advise about te bussiness, because I can’t see the spirit of service (the same that I thougth when I read the ad) and receiving that a real host has to have.

    Wayne was a really nice guy. But no contact before with Inna. I wrote 2 e-mails and 2 mails here on 9flats. No answer.

    Wir hatten zweimal Kontakt mit Inna per e-mail, persönlich haben wir sie nie kennengelernt. In dem letzten Informationsschreiben, dass sie uns gesendet hatte war ein falscher Zahlencode für die Haustür angegeben. Wir hatten Glück und ein Mann hat uns die Tür geöffnet und die richtige Kombination genannt.

    The phone number which I received before coming did not function and that is not so pleasant when you came to NYC in the evening. Since the person responsible for the house was not at the place most of the time it was hard to get any help.
