Beautiful flat, very very clean (no bugs!), Great view, sunny, quiet (no noise from the street - week end), very near from a subway station and markets (food and coffee). My family (with two young boys) loved it! Only problem: Internet was not available during the time we stay there (3 days/nights). Host's apologize about it. Thank You !!!

The location of this apartment was perfect. We were able to explore all of the southern part of Manhattan by foot and could easily get to other destinations by subway (which was conveniently located at the corner). Although the apartment is very spacious, we were 4 adults, 5 children. 3 children slept on the couches in the living room and one adult couple slept on the fold out couch in one of the rooms (not ideal). The washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen and 2 bathrooms were greatly appreciated.
