Beautiful apartment and great location. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful place. Nice and modern. Stylish bathroom and kitchen. Washing machine and drying rack. Apt. on top two floors so very hot during heat wave, and only two skylights that barely open in sleeping loft so fans would have been welcome in both bedrooms.

Easy train ride to city center. We are twice at nearby Italian restaurant Ersan recommended and it was very good.

Modern furniture
Some time with hot day,fan may required to be available.

The apartment was comfortable and close to transport that took us directly into the city quickly

Great apartment on very convenient location, equipped with everything you need. We are sorry we could stay for just 2 days but maybe next time:-)

A very comfortable apartment, with good transport links into the city and beyond.

The apartment was very clean and bright. The apartment is stylish and modern and highly spacious.

The location is excellent with a tram stop 3 mins away, a U-Bahn station 8 mins away and an S-Bahn station 5 mins away. A number of restaurants and beer gardens are located within walking distance.

The apartments was lacking in a small number of essentials notably a toaster and microwave. The weeds between the flagstones on the balcony need to be removed and the balcony could be nicer with some flowers.

The bathroom was very modern, spacious and well equipped.
The leather sofa in the living area was very comfortable.
The WIFI was excellent.
The remote control for the roof windows sometimes did not work which was irritating.

Clean and great place, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Roof terrace was really great!

Sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen. Gute Anbindung mit U-Bahn bzw. S-Bahn. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in München geeignet.

Unfortunately the broken lift could not be repaired during our stay.

The appartement is modern, nice, bright and clean. It has got excellent facilities. Except for a pair of scissors we missed nothing in the kitchen,
It was easy to find, the location is a bit outside the city centre, but it is of no inconvenience since the tram stops nearby. On the negative side we will mention that the appartment is nicely equipped for 5 adults. Being 6 we felt it was a bit crowded and missed 1 bed ( person number 6 had to sleep on a matress on the floor). Also the host should provide a better instruction manual for the remote control to open the roof windows.
We will warmly recommend this appartment to future tourists in Munich :)

Super Infrastruktur: Bäcker, Metzger fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Aldi und Lidl in der gleichen Straße. Sehr helle Wohnung. S-Bahn, Tram und Bus in der Nähe. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten bei Sonnenschein auf dem Balkon frühstücken! Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

We had a nice time in munich. The apartment was awesome, the huge windows give you an excellent view, everything was nice and clean and the S-Bahn station is close as 3 minutes walk.

Place was spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. Train station and supermarket within 5 mins walking distance. Loved the sky lights!!

Nicely located, about 300m to S-bahn station with S2, S4, S6 (for airport, transfer to/from S8 one stop away). Aldi, Netto, Lidl markets also 300m away, a couple of restaurants similarly nearby (tho we didn't try them).

Apartment itself comfortably large and well equipped in every way. Some basic things like paper towels etc. abundant. Good heating in all rooms. Good beds and comfortable/appropriate furniture. Lift to 4th floor apartment.

Tiny negatives: master bedroom lights could be less bright, owner left no space in the freezer (though refrigerator itself was almost empty for our use, and closets etc empty.)

Summary: we'd certainly go back when we again visit Munich.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung, sie war perfekt um nach einem langen Messetag (Messe nur ein paar U-Bahn-Minuten entfernt) zu entspannen. Sie ist toll ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!!!

Great place, very nice modern interiour, spacious, everything in perfect condition, clean, well supplied kitchen etc. - I can fully recommend it. Also it is close to public Transport, supermarkets, backery,... nice balcony, very silent.... just perfect!

Wunderschön zentral gelegen, großzügig ausgestattet, für 6 Personen geeignet.

This is a really nice clean flat on the 4th floor in a quite area opposite a a lovely old church with a very tall spiky tower, the flat has a lovely rear south facing balcony, and cheap Lidal & Audi shops are a short walk away to stock up with food and beer,, the flat is just a short walk south of "Berg am Liam" station, to get there from the airport take the S8 (11 Euros) and then change at Leuchtenbergring onto a S2,S4 or S6 heading east for one stop to station "Berg am Liam". trains from "Berg am Liam" towards the city centre cost just 2.65Euros to reach the center of Munich Maire Plazzer(single Ticket), If you plan to travel around Munich more than 3 journeys get a all day ticket for 6 Euros

Lage ist einmalig für München. U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe wo man in 10 min auf dem Messegelände ist und in 15-20 Min in der City. Wir sind begeistert und werden 2015 wiederkommen

Its a nice appartment in a quiet end of town. Easy to find from airport....S8 on the S-Bahn & one change to Burg am Liam (get a all day partner ticket if more than one travelling - up to 5 people for 21 euros!)

Only takes 15 minutes on S-Bahn to get to the centre (or Oktoberfest) & station is only 5 minute walk away. A cafe/bakery is 5 minutes further on and pub type restaurant another 5 minutes away. Both worth a visit for a drink or a nibble to eat.

Well equiped appartment (few more cups please!) with a large balcony (rather than roof terrace) and Ersan explained everything to us. Great emails too, responding very quickly.

Great place & whilst not cheap, was less expensive than city hotels (especially during Oktoberfest). Slept 3 blokes comfortably, all separately!

The place was great, very modern & open planned apartment with all the facilities we needed. It fitted 6 people comfortably and we loved the balcony to relax on! The place is very close to the metro line so it was very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Die Wohnung war schön groß mit einer geräumigen Küche und einem schönen großen Fernseher.

Die Wohnung ist rundum super. Ausstattung ist top und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Der Bäcker ist um die Ecke und die U-Bahn nicht weit. Wir haben trotz nicht so tollem Wetter schöne Tage in München verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

Wohnung war für 5 Personen ausreichend groß gewesen, eine weitere Person wäre sicherlich ebenso wenig ins Gewicht gefallen.
Keine Kritik, jedoch als Empfehlung: Eine Möglichkeit zur Musikwiedergabe (per Handy etc.) würde den ohnehin vorhandenen Luxus noch um eine Stufe weiter aufwerten!

I wish there was soap in the bathroom.
Beginning of July it was hot. Fans would help, because of bright days we had to keep shutters closed and that did not allow windows/ doors to be kept open.
Location is fine, parking is free, grocery stores are nearby.
Only one set of key is given. so coordinate with all the house guests.

Die Wohnung ist super modern, sauber und sehr gut mit dem öV zu erreichen. Alles lief wie am Schnürchen und Ersan der Gastgeber hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und ist uns auch bei der Auscheck Zeit entgegen gekommen. Würde mich bei einem Aufenthalt in München jederzeit wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

This apartment was located in a nice residential neighborhood in Munich near a local train stationa nd the Munich East regional station as well. Everything in the apartment was new and very modern for us four adults. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were enough clean towels for our stay. Overall it was a very positive experience and will stay there the next time I am in Munich.

while not in the cty center, it is a pretty good located appartment. Public transportation at superb walk distance (5-10min). Tram 19 (browse "Sightseeing Tram", it gets you all around touristic city areas), S-UBahns are very close. Shops, restaurants nearby. Parking on the street no problem. The building is well constructed, new, elevator, has modern isolation and therefore it is very quiet inside. The appartment itself is very well furnished, has first-brand household appliances and the newest accessories. The kitchen has everything. Beds are comfortable. There is one bathroom, which is modern, spacious, has a bathtube with a great window - what a spot!. Enough and clean towels as well as nice candles were waiting for us. The shower has no curtain or glas. This as well as the fact that we could not get the windows' blinds in the upper room working was a bit unconvenient. I guess this was going to be repaired but as we booked at relatively short notice there was no time for that.

Ersan's apartment was simply amazing.Clean,cosy and has the right ambience .Kitchen has everything one needs to cook .Appropriate  spices & sauces ,coffee,selection of tea are also provided.Bath towels,linen and bed sheet was clean & smells heavenly.Plenty of hand towels ,toilet rolls and hand soap.( that's a rare in most places.).Wifi was excellent which was really essential for my work.Music from around the world can be heard from the special stereo system in the hall area and the bathroom( can use IPhone ,iPod touch & IPad to control) Really a brilliant idea & thoughtful of host as his guest may want to listen to songs in their own preferred language.The area is safe,peaceful &easily accessible to public transport.One can reach the main station,city center,Riem Arcadian,trade city etc in a jiff without changing.Little shops,cafes,restaurant, supermarket,bank,bakery ,pharmacy & hair saloon are all nearby.Overall,it's one of the best places to stay in Munich,business or holiday.

Das Appartment ist hochmodern und grosszügig geschnitten. Waren zu sechst und hatten massenhaft Platz. Die Betten waren supergemütlich! Eine Traumwohnung!

This Is an absolutely beautiful and spacious new flat with high end materials through out. Very convenient location for public transportation and the outstanding subway system.The lovely neighborhood has excellent shops and restaurants Wish we could have stayed longer.. If you are considering a holliday in Munich this is by far a better value than any hotel.
