The apartment was well located and close to nearby sights, bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay but didn't realise that bin collections took place just below our windows every morning around 9 am with huge noise of bottles dropping and smashing in to the lorry. Also one morning around 4.30 am we were awoken by the sound of a bin collection of general refuse immediately below - not good !!!! Apart from that we had a good time but future cccupants will probably have to endure the same noise....

Superwohnung (1.OG) in einer kleinen Straße zwischen Colosseum und Forum Romanum. Beste Lage, um Roms besondere Plätze zu Fuß zu erobern (Tiberinsel, Trajansäule, Trevibrunnen, Spanische Treppe, Colsseum, Forum Romanum).

Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this apartment in Trastevere. We had been recommended by a friend to stay in this neighborhood and couldn't have been happier about the location. It was very easy to jump across the river and into all of the main sites of Rome, but we just loved walking the streets of Trastevere and spent a very memorable last afternoon/evening on the Piazza having a great meal and enjoying the local flavor.

The apartment itself is just as advertised. It is in good condition and is very comfortable. The shower is a little cramped and odd, but it was very serviceable. it rained a lot while we were there so we didn't spend a lot of time on the terrace(s), but it was so nice to have that outdoor space. A great stay in Rome.

absolute lovely interior, perfectly located, quite and clean

L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere Prati tra la Basilica di San Pietro e il fiume Tevere. La zona è molto centrale, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è nuovo, molto luminoso e spazioso. Troverete un grandissimo salone con due divani uso letto, tavolo bianco con sedie, tv, hi-phone station, wi-fi. L'atmosfera è calda e rilassante e lo stile di arredamento è originale ed elegante. La cucina è completa di tutti gli accessori (lavastoviglie compresa!). Le camere sono tre: una matrimoniale con grande armadio, tv e bagno interno con lavatrice, cabina doccia; una doppia con dei particolari poggia testa quadrettati e bagno interno con cabina doccia; un'altra matrimoniale con frigo e cassaforte a disposizione e bagno esterno con vasca da bagno.
Caratteristici sono i balconcini alla francese che troverete nel salone e in una camera matrimoniale. E' l'ideale per le famiglie.Buon soggiorno!
