With studies in Tourism Management, Event Management and Education in Tourism, a significant international exposure and a cross-culture mentality I work as a Group Leader for one of the biggest travel agencies in Athens. I’ve experienced many designations both as a tourist and as a professional and therefore it’s become clear to me that the safest way to gain the advantage of differentiation is giving guests a sense of added value along with personal service. In ‘Agape’ the goal is to offer benefit bundles that comprise accommodation with extra services. Throughout a proper interaction with guests the goal is to build personal relationships and secure overall satisfaction.
