Nice apartment in a residential area that felt very safe and convenient for the metro. Issues with being woken early by noise from cars passing over a drain cover outside. Apartment generally very good and well appointed although our ensuite loo was faulty and constantly ran water unless you turned off the supply. Nice and clean though a little soulless, could do with a bit more warmth/art to make it feel cosier (and freshen up of the walls in places as a bit grubby) and more sitting room seating for if more than 4 stay. I would request more than one tea towel for convenience and also a welcome pack with local area map, info on where to buy groceries, recommended restaurants/bars, which bins are for what when taking out your rubbish etc. We found the pool a welcome little oasis after a hot days sightseeing, though unfortunatelywe all found it rather too cold to use unless you are swimming lengths to warm up! We will definitely be back to wonderful Barcelona. Thank you.

The house is really nice, and in an excellent complex. However its surrounded mostly by older, shabbier looking places which makes the area look a bit shady. We travelled in and out at all times though and it wasn't such a problem.

Its a 8-10 minute walk to L1 La Sagrera Metro, so its easy to get around. I'd recommend it for a short stay (3 to 4 days), because its very difficult to keep the place clean and liveable after that.

Traffic is a bit of a problem with loud sounds blaring in from the streets at all times of the day (even late at night and early in the morning). Not the host's fault though, so wouldn't hold that against him.

David was nice and replied almost instantly whenever we needed to ask anything. Kudos to him for a memorable stay at his placE

The location is very good, everything you need is in walking distance, the airport bus stops nearby and also Sants train station isn't too far away. You can easily walk through the Eixample to the city center and even to the beach, but Metro stations are also near for those who prefer that.
The apartment itself was clean and had all (kitchen) equipment you'd need for a couple of days.
Sofa cover and carpet could use some deep cleaning though, some minor repairs should be done to make the place appear well maintained and a wardrobe is definitely missing.

Overall we had a really good time! And if you're not travelling with a huge oversea suitcase or a baby buggy (the stairway is really really narrow) we can definitely recommend the apartment.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, bright and spacious and in a nice part of the city. Not quite central so nice and quiet but still very east to get around on the metro (two different stations/lines only 200/300 metres away. The flat was lovely and exactly as advertised and everything was clean and new. It was a great experience and we really enjoyed it. If we do come back to Barcelona again, we probably won't bother looking for a different flat; this one would do just fine!

The apartment was not what the photos promised. It seemed that the flat was not used for some time. Flat was not clean, in the bathroom, paint was falling daily from the ceiling because of not maintained plaster. Towels looked not that fresh. There were no hooks for towels, neither in the bathroom, nor in the sleeping room, nor in the kitchen. No possibility for hanging clothes like jackets etc. . The only coatrack was not fixed in the fall and falling off...
Neighbours above were incredible noisy and mindless, even at 2 am making noise in the corridor.
Looking at the price, there are other possibilities in Barcelona, which offer better value for money. We were quite dissapointed, had expected a different flat from the photos.

good location in barca, two bathrooms with 2 showers very convenient, also dish-washer was highly appreciated! new furniture and all u need is available!

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral, zwischen der Placa Espanya und der Plaza Catalunya und somit ein super Ausgangspunkt für unsere Barcelona Erkundungen. Außerdem ist sie nur wenige Gehminuten von der Haltestelle des Flughafenbuses entfernt. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie jedem empfehlen.
