It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces with a capacity for 4 persons. Located just in front of the Golf Course Panoramica in the Residential Area ‘Montero Golf VI’ close to San Jorge, Castellón, Spain. PANORAMICA is one of the most elegant and professionals existing complex, has an excellent Golf Course with 18 holes, a huge practice area and a Pitch & Putt. With a comprehensive residential area; restaurants, pubs, shop, supermarket, 24h security, green, gym, paddle tennis... The apartment has all the extras and amenities; Parking, TV, DVD, stereo, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, shower, spa, bath, pool, air-conditioning, hairdryer… All cooking utensils, microwave, toaster...
