I am a teacher/massage therapist and my roommate Alexya has her own business; we are only looking for weekend guests... the neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance, volleyball nets on the beach 80 feet from our front door! Our garage is set up as a gym that you can use, as well as a washer/dryer. You can also use jacuzzi and any kitchen items you need:)
