Failed to respond to messages sent to him and failed to make the apartment available when we turned up in Bremen. Claiming refund through Visa as 9flats ignore your messages and phone calls.

Die Wohnung war eher durchschnittlich Herd und Kühlschrank gewöhnungsbedürftig.Ansonsten sauber und ordentlich aber eher rustikal!

We were very impressed with everything that the host did to make us feel welcome. It was a lovely apartment and had great transport links. It was a lovely quiet area too. The apartment was cosy and clean and it felt like home from home. A little shopping centre not far with a couple of supermarkets which was good.

Es war wirklich alles schon vorhanden (über Kleinigekeiten im Bad, zu Spülmittel, Gewürze, etc.). Die Lage war absolut super, man gelandete direkt an Bus und S-Bahn und die Nachtbusse halten auch fast vor der Haustür. Außerdem ist ein Penny direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Insgesamt eine schöne kleine Wohnung!

Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben und für Leute die nicht daran denken waren Kaffe, Wasser, neue Zahnbürsten, Duschgel und andere Kleinigkeiten vorhanden.

Very kind to find toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo and everything.
Penny I like very much, good food small price. Tram station and Bus station and Train station very near.

Burkhard cancelled a booking for City Appartement HB-Walle only 17 days before arrival.

The host had thought of everything. Toothbrushes, toothpaste,shower gel. Tea/coffee/ chocolate ( which is one of my favourites). Everything was done to make us feel welcome. Thank you so much and we hope yo be able to book again.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, der bei allen Problemen direkt zur Hand war (in unserem Fall eine kaputte Glühbirne) und auch super zu erreichen war.
