About Andrew
Hi! Brought up in the tranquil and serene village of Xemxija (the Sunny Side) in St Paul's Bay, Malta, I set out on an adventure back in 2005 to study in London. Soon after I found myself in the great multicultural city of Brussels where I have worked for both the Permanent Representation of Malta to the EU as a diplomat and more recently at the European Commission on Research and Innovation policy. My heart and spirit remain closely connected to my long-time family residence in Xemxija, which remains my sole place of refuge and relaxation throughout the year. I love the sea and everything that is connected to it, and I long for the days I spend windsurfing and sailing around the beautiful islands.
