1) Super emplacement (metro Lesseps au pied de l'immeuble qui amène en 2/3 stations a Passeig Gracia Catalunya
2) super quartier: barrio de Gracia est vraiment charmant et central et à côté parc Guell
3) appartement très fonctionnel et très agréable

We were a group of 6 people that spent 7 days in this apartment. Everything was very nice. Its a great apartment for its price, well equipped, clean... Absolutely no bad surprises.
The location of the apartment turn out to be even better than expected. Park Guell is in walking distance of 20 minutes max. If you want to walk from Passeig de Gracia through Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla all the way down to Monument Colom the apartment is also a good starting point. Its not a short walk, though. The nearest metro station is just in front of the building and it leads to L3 metro line – the one that we used the most. Also lots of near by stores, groceries, restaurants and a drugstore.
There were only 2 things that were not perfect – one of the single bedrooms is very near to the next building windows and one of the double bedrooms is relatively small, but since they are used only to sleep this shouldn’t be considered as something of big importance.
Its a great apartment!

Liegt direkt an der Metrostation. Von daher alles schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet - inklusive Klimaanlage. Sehr netter Vermieter.

I highly recommend this amazing apartment by Alvaro. Its was the perfect base to explore this stunning city.

We recently stayed at this beautiful apartment after our cruise and what you see is really what you get and even more!!! Being a family with young kids, this setup was perfect for us (even free wifi) vs hotel as everyone needed space to unwind and this apartment provided just that. It's stunning, clean, quiet and best of all, is the metro station right at the doorstep. It was a home away from home! Best value for money too!!!
