Kathrin 5.0 06/24/2016This year it was already the second time we stayed in this apartment. Everything is 100% clean and in perfect conditions. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can basically cook whatever dish you like. We also recommend the restaurant across the street called Tonka. We will for sure book this apartment again.

Great, well equipped flat in an excellent location, only 8-10 minute walk from Las Ramblas.
Great to have parking underground, but very, very tight on corners!
Unfortunately the remote control for the car park didn't work so had to open the door manually; fortunately Alex had covered this, so it wasn't too much of a problem. -

Wir waren zu 4 ert in der Wohnung mit 2 Kindern. Familienurlaub in Barcelona. Dafür ist die Wohnung und der Standort bestens geeignet. Mit eigener Garage direkt unter dem Haus war auch das Mietauto gut verstaut. In der Umgebung waren in 5 fußminuten viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants. Gleich gegenüber war unser Lieblingsrestaurant...
In der Wohnung war wirklich für alles gesorgt, vom Café bis zum Bier und auch den Utensilien zum Waschen. Einfach perfekt. -

Wohnung top Lage im Herzen von St. Antoni und dennoch ruhig. Gute Ausstattung .. es fehlte uns an nix.
Kommen gerne wieder.

Everything perfectly clean and in very good condition. All technical equiment working, including internet TV, WLAN, dish washer, washing machine, showers. Good air condition with timer.
We felt very safe in the house, it was always locked, only residents had access to the garage. The staircase and elevator are clean.
Lovely after a long travel: a selection of Nespresso capsules, cold beer and coke in the frigo, a bottle of wine and two glasses, toast and many more good things.
Many supermarkets next door, two metro stations and many bus stops nearby. In less than 20min after leaving the appartment we stood in front of the Sagrada by using the metro.
There is not much traffic in the street. The fast food under the appartment is not noisy but sometimes we could smell it a little.
The back side of the appartment has a door to a tiny quiet court.
The driveway to the parking below the house is narrow, but high and the clean and light place has direct access to the elevator.

Pilar, Alex and Javi are so nice and reliable people. Communication in English is no problem. They where always on time for check in an out. Also they prepared soft drinks and snacks in the apartment.

Alex and Pilar met us and helped us into the underground car park & then up to the flat. They showed us how everything worked and left us a basic welcome pack which included the capsules for the nespresso coffee machine, milk etc. Would stay again when next in Barcelona.

Hat alles super geklappt, unkomplizierte verlässliche Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Jederzeit wieder, wenn wir in Barcelona sind.

Very helpful and friendly, waiting on the street until we arrived to welcome us.
Speaks perfectly English. He guided us to the parking garage below the building and helped to bring the luggage to the elevator. Great: a detailed plan how to get to many interesting places from the flat and how long it takes. The hosts offered help for any questions. The check-out time was confirmed one day before by SMS and the hosts arrived in time.
