A really beautiful room, one of my favourites, large sized furnished double room with floor to ceiling windows with plenty of space, with all the bedding and linen provided at a very reasonable rate for the location.
The room is in a three room flat.
It has a fully fitted kitchen and a good-sized bathroom/wc.
The kitchen has all mod cons.
The flat is located approximately 3-4 minutes walk from Stepney Green Underground Station.
Numerous buses at the doorstep day or night that serve Canary Wharf, The City and The West End.

A microcosm of London's shifting ethnic patterns, the area around Brick Lane in East London was once associated with poor slums and the scene of the crime for the Jack the Ripper murders. Whilst the notorious pub Ten Bells still stands, the area itself is now extremely popular with London’s edgy and artistic crowd, featuring galleries, restaurants, markets and festivals throughout the year.
The Old Truman Brewery at 91 Brick Lane houses a vibrant market where up-and-coming designers set up shop every Sunday selling a unique variety of clothes, handbags and jewellery. There are also vintage clothing stores and chic boutiques dotted around the area.
As a hub of London's Bangladeshi community, Brick Lane has always been famed for its many authentic curry restaurants. It now also has a reputation for its warehouse art exhibitions and trendy clubs and bars. So, before your East London experience is complete, be sure to head to the Vibe Bars beer garden or 93 Feet East (150 Brick Lane) which has become an East End institution well known for its eclectic mix of live music and intimate atmosphere.
A really vibrant area with so much to do when you are not busy out there shopping.

To be fair - room was perfect (clean, spacious, TV with DVD player and few movies included, Wi-Fi) but the rest of the house/flat was not that good. Stairway smelled of mold, there was mold around the bathtub, sometimes there was no hot water (we had to reset the hot water boiler twice), mentioned breakfast was one container of corn flakes and the second day a sliced toast bread with the rest of nutella. No tea (we bought ours), just coffee. But if you bring your own food (Tesco is just across the street) and if you close your eyes while using bathroom, it's very good value for money.

schöne gemütliche Wohnung in unmittelbarer Underground Nähe und somit sehr zentral gelegen.
Die Mitbewohner waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (laut, unordentlich), aber ansonsten TOP!

Unreachable before, during and after our stay.
We had so many problems and he didn't even bother answering his phone. I can't believe this rudeness and he shouldn't be allowed to rent places to people. Massive fail as a host.
