There are two main problems with that: an elevator (ridiculously small) and a squeaky floor, which is the base of neighbours complaints from underneath.

5.0 01/19/2012Erik has a great appartment It is large for Parisien standards and very functional and quiet. For example I was able to use all facilites listed in the offer: washing machine (which was useful because I had been travelling the week before), Wireless Internet (great to keep in touch with my loved ones at home) etc. The area is safe and the metro is just 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend this offer.
