We enjoyed working with Andrea and his wife. They were very friendly and personable and truly wanted our experience in Venice to be great, which it was. We stayed in hotels in Florence, Rome and Milan and their apt. in Venice was our favorite place to stay throughout our whole trip. It was very inviting, clean, comfortable and roomy. We would definitely request to stay there again.

excellent value for money. large place, furnished with new ikea stuff. basic kitchen equipment. washing machine, and a laundry line outside the bedroom facing south (and a tiny canal), so you can hang up your laundry like the locals. or use the drying rack.
very easy access from train station and vaporetto. quiet neighborhood.

The description of the place was good, it was clean and we had a great time. Quiet surroundings in the evenings. Lots of nice restaurants and shops around but not in the middle of the worst tourist areas. The place was missing a working lighter for the stove so it would be a good idea to bring one. We were too lazy to buy one and used the microwave instead. ;) Good instruction for how to find the place. We will absolutely consider renting this apartment again.
