Clean and warm house in a really good position to visit Monaco. Absent wi-fi but we know it before the trip.

Das Appartement liegt nur 2 Minuten von der U-Station Theresienstraße entfernt, ist aber auch gut geeignet, um zu Fuß die Museen zu erreichen. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist nicht unpersönlich wie im Hotel. Man spürt, dass hier jemand in schönem Ambiente wohnen möchte. Direkt bei der Ankunft habe ich mich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Für zwei Personen ist das Appartement auf alle Fälle geeignet. Für mich alleine war es mehr als ausreichend. Checkin und Checkout waren flexibler als in einem Hotel. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Two of us stayed in the apartment for a week in mid September 2015. The apartment is a few minutes from Theresienstrasse U-bahn station and on the north west edge of Munich’s museum quarter. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and the small lift was big enough to take us and our luggage up to it. The apartment is spacious with lots of Sonja’s personal touches. The large wardrobe was full of clothes which meant that there was restricted hanging space for our clothes. The bed was big and comfortable and the bedroom was quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped and had a nice big stove which we used a few times. The lounge had a large and comfy sofa. The TV worked fine, the only English channel was a part time CNN. There was a DVD player in the cupboard next to the TV. Although Sonja made it clear that there was no Wi-Fi we did miss having it. There is a shower in the bathroom over the bath but there is no shower curtain which made it a bit awkward.

We regretted that there was no wifi in the flat.
There were no drying racks for towels or clothes
it would have been easier to take a shower in the bath with a curtain
as well as a proper floor cloth

Spacious & comfortably appointed. Quiet despite central location. Good U-Bahn & Tram connections. A very positive experience overall!

Super Lage, viel Platz, sehr gemütlich!

Huge place and in a good location.

I suggest to everybody to come in Sonja flat because everything was comfortable and nice! Good location, neightbours quiet, many restaurants in the area, tube just at the corner and, if you like walking, you can reach Marienplatz in short time. What else?

Sonjas Beschreibung hat auf Anhieb geklappt und es ist so entspannend, wenn man auf so offene Menschen wie Sonja trifft! gerne wieder! :)

Wir haben uns gefreut, so in der Nähe aller für uns interessanten Anlaufpunkte zu sein: Pinakotheken etc. Die Wohnung ist korrekt beschrieben, gemütlich und gut zu zweit zu nutzen (allerdings zur Straßenseite hin mit der Einschränkung, dass man die Fenster besser geschlossen hält).

The apartment was very central and very well located (2 underground stations from the main train station - which is right next to the city centre). The apartment is completely furnished as described.

There are many restaurants, cafes and take-aways in the vicinity! Great to pick up some dinner or to get some breakfast in the morning.

If you are looking for a comfortable place close to the city centre, then look no further!

Eine sehr familiäre unterkunft, man lebt in mitten des kiezes von münchen eingebunden und in der atmosphäre der Gastgeberin, angenehm!
