Tolle Lage , super Blick - teuer aber toll - kleinere Reparaturen wären notwendig , Unklarheiten bei den Amenities ( pool , parking ) .

Very disappointing to find that there was no proper bed for the third person in our party. The person letting us in did not know that there would be three of us and a fold up mattress was all that could be provided as bed for my adult son even though we had carefully booked a place for three. When we searched for an apartment for three we expected there would be somewhere for all of us to sleep.Other places offered did have bed space for all three and we (wrongly) assumed that as this one came up on the search for a place for three people it would have an additional bed. An extra bed made up in the same room would not have been a problem but a thin foam mattress was not acceptable for an adult and I would not have been able to sleep on it. Otherwise the place was fine and we enjoyed our stay. If we had stayed on after collecting the hire car it would have been very useful to make use of the underground parking that was offered.

El departamento hermoso, la ubicacon era espectadular, todo funcionaba muy bien y no tuvimos ningun problema, muy recomendable. Si van a ser mas de dos personas, revisen los colchones inflables, habia varios pero todos se desinflaban por la noche.

Found out about three days before we were due to arrive that the apartment we had booked had been sold, which was worrying! Thankfully we were upgraded to another apartment at no extra cost, and everything was fine and very straightforward after that.

Rami did refund the two nights when we asked to leave early though he did this as a gesture and did not accept that it was unusual to offer a three person apartment and then put the third person on the floor. We have never used this site before and perhaps this is normal practice in Canada and we were ignorant of it. This studio should be advertised as only available for two people or simply specify that a thin foam mattress on the floor will be the bed for the third person to avoid misunderstanding and disappointment.
