Wolfgang 5.0 04/15/2013Zentraler und günstiger kann man kaum wohnen: mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig. Da nimmt man dann auch gerne in Kauf, dass das Zimmerchen (das sehr schön und heimelig eingerichtet ist) etwas beengend wirken kann - niedrige Decke und kein Fenster. Aber das gehört zum Charme dieses Hauses, das ein typisches Gebäude des "Modernismo" ist.

The flat is cute and in an very nice area with many bars, bakeries, small shops and interesting places to go out. Although it is a little dark and not hugh, the host does everything to make it an amiable place!

The apartment is in a good location in Gracia. The contact with Adolfo was good. Just keep in mind that the apartment is quite dark and there is no window in the bedroom. The bathroom was really clean but the rest of the rooms could be better.

das Zimmer war leider kein Zimmer, nur eine durch einen Schrank abgetrennte Ecke im Flur ohne Fenster. Aber der nette Gastgeber hat uns ein bisschen entschädigt. Das Badezimmer war groß und sauber.

nice, little and unique flat in the heart of gracia, a very young and colourful quarter of barcelona. there are nice places like bars, cafes, or restaurants everywhere around and you can eat for moderate prices!

The location is superb with lots of restaurant in the neighborhood. It made it quite easy to grab some late dinners, when you just feel like it. We had no problem to walk to the touristic sights such as casa batila or case mile, and the Parc Guell, as they where just 10 min walks away.
The bathroom is clean and bright, and the kitchen has everything what you need. The only thing is that the room does not have direct access to sunlight, which makes the room a bit dark. Other then that its a cosy place! -

the place is great, location is also perfect very close to city center and its even possible to walk there without going to the citycenter. the room was very nice and clean. so we really enjoyed our staying in Barvelona.

The apartment is very well situated, clean and warm. It is not far from the subway and the district is very nice.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sogar dann die Geduld nicht verlor, als ich beim zweiten Mal die Wohnungstür wieder nicht aufbekam (man muss sie vom Treppenhaus zu sich herziehen, nicht drücken - ich habe es dann schon noch kapiert!).

adolfo is a very nice guy and such a good host! the flat was always clean and we could use his kitchen as well. he gave us a lot of good tips where to go and showed us around. he is very helpful and it was a joy to stay at his flat!

Philippe and Adolfo were very welcoming and kind hosts. They very well advised us for our visits of Barcelona. We liked our stay over there and if we had to return to it we would live in the same place without any hesitation! There should be more people as Adolfo and Philippe in this world...
