Rod & Kate 2.0 11/03/2013this traveler was very bitter because $20 was deducted for an iron board she had broken and tried to excuse it off as old or already broken. All items in my place are new and the ironing board was hardly used. Things do happen and i understand but to create excuses to avoid responsibility is not honorable. They also arrived a couple of hours after they told me they would getting into NY (which is no problem because these things happen) but they turn around and get agitated when they had to wait for me to return after waiting hours for them as if my whole life consisted on waiting for these two.
