Nice, modern and clean appartement in the center of madrid. Metro Station is only a few minutes away. We enjoyed our week in madrid. I recommend this appartement for staying in madrid.

L'appartement est vraiment très agréable, idéal pour une personne ou un couple. Il possède toutes les commodités. La literie est excellente.
Les équipements de la SDB comme de la cuisine semblent parfaitement neufs. Déco très agréable, appartement meublé avec goût.
Parfait pour séjourner à Madrid, proche des grands musées et du centre névralgique, ainsi que du métro.
Environnement très calme.
Immeuble très bien tenu. -

Excelente ubicación, y muy lindo depto, complato para pasar comodamente unos dias en Madrid. Será mi primera opción en mi próximo viaje a la bella Madrid de Joaquin Sabina :)

Ubicado en el barrio de las letras de Madrid, muy castizo. Es un apartamento recién reformado, Muy luminoso y céntrico, muy cerca del Paseo del Prado, y los diferentes museos que se encuentran en la zona. También muy cerca de la estación de tren de Atocha.

Very friendly. Waited for us 1,5 hours because our fligth was delayed and it was possible to leave de luggage in the apartment on the last day (flight was in the evening).

Lovely studio, very cozy and perfect for a couple, the location is great, quite and in the midle of the Barrio de las Letras, walking distance to nice restaurants and to the Prado Museum. The only BUT would be the building's renovation works, I'm sure they will be over soon and the place will look even nicer! :) :)
