Ellen 4.0 04/17/2014We had an excellent stay, the photos are accurate and it feels spacious and airy. Fourth floor of a quiet block full of families. The bathroom is great, lovely shower. Towels and bedlinen were fresh and extra were available. Coffee machine (inc coffee!) was appreciated. A ten minute walk from Yorckstrasse or Mehringdamm stations (the latter is a nicer walk!). The smallest sofa bed ("one person sleeping meridian sofa" in the listing) is not suitable or comfortable for an adult. So actually there is a double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. No internet access despite this being included on listing. But overall great, we'd recommend this for people who want to stay in this area of Berlin (we were visiting friends).

Die Wohnung ist ideal zentral gelegen und war top ausgestattet. Sie ist ein komplettes Ikea Ausstellungsstück und sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Im Hinterhof ist es leise und auch die Straße ist ruhig.Alles war super sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe lief pünktlich und problemlos ab!

Ludovic offers a tasty and top furnished apartment in the beautiful district "Kreuzberg". We have missed nothing. The flat is very quiet and a great location. The flat is very centrally located and yet quiet. Thank you

Logement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé , le voisinage est calme, appartement avec ambiance feutrée ; attention , c’est l’équivalent d’un cinquième étage sans ascenseur et les marches sont hautes ; le lit est un peu dur surtout si vous restez plus d’une semaine.

A very new, clean and bright apartment. The decoration is minimalist and homely and the house has a beautiful and quiet courtyard. In a five minutes walk you´ll find yourself on the shore of the Landwehrkanal or in some of the most attractive streets with a lot of nice bars, restaurants and terraces and original second hand shops.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful, prompt - we communicated via SMS during the stay and were able to 'check out' late on our last day. Excellent English.
