О Lennard

The place was very nice. You have everything that you need there.

My friend and I felt at home in Lennards apartment. We shared the small room which was fine since you're out and about all day anyway. At first we had to share one duvet but Lennard kindly gave us another one after we had asked. We shared the kitchen which was really nice and we felt really welcome.

Together we had this sweet little room that we could use. A comfortable bed and a little table, perfect :)

If you are looking for a nice place to stay close to Amsterdam city center, but at the same time far away from a hustle-bustle of the downtown then this is a perfect match! Located 25 minutes away from the downtown this wonderful place is very easy to get to. Catch bus number 21 at the central station and you are at home in 25 minutes.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings will make your stay as lovely and relaxed as you are not expecting from a place which is just 25 minutes away from the heart of the city.

Clean, comfortable, perfectly located and a great value for money!

The apartment is very cozy and located in a quiet and lovely part of Amsterdam, which makes for a very good night sleep. Lennard takes good care of keeping the apartment clean and providing anything needed.

If you'd like to have a quieter place to stay than in central Amsterdam, this is the perfect spot, bus stop is a minute walk, 15 minute ride takes you to central city. And if you choose to take a bike ride to city, there's also great opportunity to explore some local parks, friendly neighbourhood, and some hidden treasure, meaning cool bar & restaurant not in a tourist populated central Amsterdam.

Leonard's place is great in every aspect. He keeps each room very clean (way cleaner than hostel standards). From the bedrooms to the bathroom everything is the way you'd want it, comfortable and cozy. His description of his place matches perfectly with what you will find once you arrive. As for the money all I have to say is: you'll never find another facility that offers the same in terms of quality at a lower price, perhaps not even at the same price. The location is the only aspect I've given less than 5 stars because Leonard's place is not colse to the City Center, but it deserves at least 4 stars for the following reasons: 1) Very easy to reach from the airport. 2) It takes about 25 minutes to get to the city center, but the tram stop is so close to the house that it really didn't bother us at all, instead it was interesting because we could see how the city transforms from centre to suburbs. 3) The house is in a very quiet area full of green spaces, beautiful. Perfect place.

The accommodation is excellent. Just as described on the website. We were a small child. The bed is 2 meters wide and was more than enough for three of us. We went every day in the tourist tours out of town by car and it suited us as accommodation in the center because the center of a huge crowd. Tram and bus are close. The ratio of price and quality of accommodation is excellent.

Die Wohnung und die Handhabung des Hauses entspricht dem
Charakter einer Wohngemeinschaft. Es ist relativ ruhig in der
Wohngegend und du fährst mit der Tram ca. 20 Minuten in die Altstadt.

A large apartment with a cosy atmosphere. Well appointed kitchen, a clean bathroom and nice furnitures makes you feeling like home.

We felt very comfortable there.
Sharing the bathromm was no problem.
Everything was clean and tidy.
Our room was cosy but big enough for a couple.
The cats were cute and cuddly and -like Lennard promised- were not disturbing us.
It takes around 25 minutes to the city center by tram or bus. That's ok especially if you don't like all that "tourist-trouble" all the time around you.
All together we were very happy about our choice and liked our stay there much more than in our last hotel.

Definitely a good place to be if you go on holidays to Amsterdam. Nice shower, nice room, good communications with the center and a supermarket close from the house. Very good host.
