I've lived in Santa Monica for a few years after having lived all over the U.S. I love being near the ocean! I've been hosting guests for over two years and love having visitors!

The studio was just as described, in immaculate condition and very clean. All the facilities required for our short stay.

The location, just perfect, with views of the pier it was within a short strolling distance to the third street promenade where dining and street entertainment is in abundance;

Also within a short stroll to local bars and shops.

Across the road from the fabulous Santa Monica beach and magnificant, iconic pier.

If Santa Monica is where you want to visit, I can recommend this studio.

Laura was a fabulous host meeting us within minutes of arrival, even bought some coffee for us, a lovely and much appreciated gesture.

After showing us around and explaining some basics, Laura left us to enjoy our stay knowing that if we had any questions nothing would be too much trouble for her, very reasurring.
