Wolf 2.0 11/02/2018I'm living nearby and frequently book flats for visitors. This one was a sad experience. Though I talked to the host before arrival about the poor hygienic conditions it was not clean at all. The shower was unsusable dirty and unwashable for construction-reasons, the bedsheets had bloodstains, all ventilation-slots where taped to avoid cockroaches entering. The floor was full of footprints. Besides this, even for the low pricestandard, the flat offers an impossible mix of things, old bedlinen and towels, a supershakey eating-table, a padded plastic-toilet-seat of the 80ies. In the bathroom one can find used toothbrushes and deodorant in case he forgot their own. I give a + for that special feature. I don't want to recommend the flat at all. Even though with some investment and a change in the cleaning-policy the host could make it a allright and economic option, since the location between Lisbon and Cascais is pretty good to mix up beach and culture, without the need to rent a car.

Hard to say anything about the host since there seems different people involved. I had 3 names in my contacts and two telefonenumbers. One was supposed to be of the female host, but answered by a man who supposedly administrates different flats, who got nervous when I complained about the hygienic conditions and almost rude when he had found out that my visitors where not supposed to arrive yet (what nobody had told me yet). The second number belonged to the daughter of the host, supposedly being available in case of emergency, but she did not reply my phonecall. We had some communication-trouble about the check-in-time but sortet that out and we had access to the flat we booked which is pretty much the only positive thing I have to say about our experience.
