eine gutgelegene Ferienwohnung im Zentrum, nahe Metro und Bushaltestellen, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Grosses Fitness-Center und Turia Park in 3 Minuten, sehr sauber und mit viel .
Wohnung verfügt über alles was man braucht ....

So it was the second stay and it was very good.
The only thing is they have to fix somthins also the shower haed.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, auch wenn sie für den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern nicht ideal ist. Das Viertel ist nett und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut.

The accommodation is located quite next to the old town. Supermarkets, the city center etc. is in-between 5-10 minutes walking distance.
All necessary stuff is available in the accommodation e.g. shampoo, hair dryer, dishes, tv, wlan, towels, etc.
Good choice!!! -

Die wohnung ist super gelegen,liegt in der 4. Etage, mit aufzug,funktionierte tadelos,wlan ist auch vorhanden,funktionerte auch einwandfrei,man ist schnell im zentrum der altstadt,oder schnell im flussbett zu den parks.in der nähe sind bushaltestellen zum strand.zu den fallas ist rundherum was los,bühnen,figuren , musik ext.gerne wieder zu den fallas.

Very clean. Normal furniture (like in everybody's home). Private room and badroom. Excelent situation near to all curiosities, bar and restaurants.
We required to take Metro just to go to the sea side and a taxi to go to the Rail station last day... because of luggage ! -

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht,sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Haarfön sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Meter von der Mutter der Gastgebers entfernt.Die Schlüssel werden bei Mama abgeholt und sie bringt einen direkt zur Wohnung, ca 100 meter weiter.Bars und Restaurant , Bäcker, Apotheke alles in der nähe. -

I have visited the city once while on consultative with a UN body,the city is quite nice and the location of Guillermo apartment is centrally located.From the view of the apartment,it is well organised and with my understanding it is well run family or some kind of friend rental.They are nice people though and i wish future traveller a better stay in their place.

Beautiful place. I can definitely recommend it. Only a few minute walk away from the centre. Quiet room and very quiet neighbours. WiFi was fast and worked well.

The flat is clean and homely furnished - very cute was the "welcome chocolate"! Every room has a own lock so its no problem to stay there in one room and "unknown persons" in the other rooms. Towels were provided. The bed wasn't that comfortable (for this one star less).
The location was good for us with around 10 min walk to the city center - during "Las Fallas" it can get very loud in the city center.
In walkable distance to the bus station.

The appartment consists of three rooms and two bathrooms. The furniture is a bit dated. Location is fine. Five minute walk from city centre. The bed was not too pleasant.

Olga as a pretty friendly host. She shows you the shops nearly the accomadation (bike rental, supermarket,....) and she some good secret tips for Paella and so on. it was a pleasure to stay there - gracias - cu soon

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat prima geklappt und auch während unseres Aufenthalts ware sie immer verfügbar. Wir bekamen vor Ort viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Valencia.

To collect the key, we went to the flat of the hosts mother (2 minutes walking to the accommodation). His very friendly mother Olga came with us to the accommodation to show and explain us everything....
The one and only deficite was that she cannot speak English or German. -

There was a slight change in our reservation due to Fallas period. Guillermo proposed us an equivalent room in the very near of his flat (he provided photos and map). We were welcome by a great lady who took care of us and provided wondeful information about culture, tourism, city and gastronomy + great breakfast and lovely attitude every morning. We felt us as in our home/ family. We can only recommend this place !!!
One last point: Gullermo's father took half a day of his time to show us in deep historical places of Villa Vieja (old city) and also to drink orchata a delicious local natural drink. Thank you to him for his kindness. -

Besonders nett und freundlich ist die Mutter des Gastgebers, sie spricht kein Englisch oder Deutsch, hat aber ihren Translator immer bei sich.Sie kümmert sich um die Vermietung.Es war Kaffe und eine Flasche Wein hergerichtet, sehr, sehr nett.

Guillermo responded very quickly and provided me with all the information I needed. His mother managed the key delivery without any problem. Very friendly and caring person :-)

Guillermo was very responsive to my emails. His mom made all the arrangements on the spot, she was very friendly and helpful. She did not speak English so a slight knowledge of Spanish is useful.
