  Franz is no king of communication. Unforntunately I cannot recommend him as a guest
  Franz did even not bother to answer, when I asked him by sms if he arrived well and if everything is fine. At departure he left the house only approximately clean, things have not been ranged at their original place. When I asked him to participate in cleaning by paying an additional fee, he told me all that stuff, that he wrote month later in his unfriendly evaluation (house not clean, not ranged, etc. ) So the only thing I can do, is to ask Franz: "If the situation in my house was really so deplorable, as described in your evaluation, why did you not contact me immediately by your arrival to complain, but only after your departure, when I asked you to participate in cleaning?
