Klein, aber mit allem, was man braucht. Das Hochbett gibt der Wohnung ein gemütliches Ambiente. Lage prima! Malakoff ist nett, Supermärkte gibt es einige in der Umgebung und zum Zentrum ist es mit der Bahn auch nicht weit. Empfehlenswert der Flohmarkt ganz in der Nähe samstags und sonntags.

the apartment is in good position close to the shops and transporters. nice, clean and quite enough room for a little family ,our staying was very comfortable and we wished to stay longer time there ..

The apartment is well located by both bus and metro. The apartment is clean and the kitchen had everything one require to cook. I recommend it to all and I will definitely myself stay here again if available during my next holiday to paris.

The apartment is a little bit smaller than it appears on the pictures. The description is correct. We where 3 adults and 2 children and there was quite enough room.

It was really nice to stay there for xmas. François was really nice with us and he gave us a map with places near the apartment.

This apartment is located in the near suburb of Paris. More like the extension of Paris than an actual suburb due to the close access to the Parisian metro. It mixes the advantages of a quieter and smaller neighborhood with the proximity of the big city craziness. The small stores and city center are charming and give you another outlook on the life next to the big city.

Buona posizione per raggiungere la fiera a Porte de Versailles: 20 min a piedi o lo stesso tempo con i mezzi pubblici (autobus 295 o 144 + T3).
Al 4 piano con ascensore, arredamento base ma tutto funziona e non manca niente, forse un po' polveroso perchè non tanto vissuto.
Direi che è l'ideale per una / max 2 persone.
Dispone anche di portineria.
