Der Veranstalter Reservation Care mit Sitz in Amsterdam hat uns in Zusammenarbeit mit 9flats eine Ersatzwohnung angeboten. Ein Rabatt wurde ausgehandelt und nie gezahlt! Außerdem wurden weitere Gebühren berechnet.
Einmal und nie wieder!!!
The host was truly irresponsible on her work as she did not hesitate to advise us that we had been assigned another 2 new apartments which then separated us. Truly ruined our holiday.
We didn't meet our host.
Tried contacting him\her a few times before the trip but the only response was from a company named "reservationcare.com" that i imagine handle these apartments.
When we(7 people) landed there was an email waiting for us from "reservationcare.com" that we were moved to 2 other apartments on the other side of town, far away from all our plans with no heat and no hot water.
After fighting on the phone for our apt with "reservationcare.com" on the second day, we were moved. the apartment we then got was close to the apartment we rented but definitely not the one we ordered.
We got an underground apt not the entire place.
In the new apt there was room for everyone so we stopped dealing with this whole mess and just tried to have fun with our trip.
Very disappointed. will not book again with "Evy" or 9flats.
Gastgeber war per Telefon nicht zu erreichen. Nach dem ein andere Mitarbeiter erreicht wurde und das Problem der schlechten Luft und der nicht zu öffnenden Fenster erklärt wurde, wurde Hilfe angeboten, aber es hat sich nie wieder jemand gemeldet.
