Patrick 3.0 03/24/2016The apartment is located in a very nice, clean area in front of an old fire station. Sadly it is not that clean inside the flat. There are microcultures living under the washing machine which might be the cause for the unpleasant smell in the bathroom. 6 half-used shampoo bottles on the dirty window board convey the impression that there hasn´t ever been a cleaning professional in the flat at once. Everytime you try to shower you could take a bath on the drown bathroom floor; so you better shower somewhere else. At least there is a relatively big tv screen in the living room to take your mind off the things. We´ll book a hotel room next time.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung! Man fühlt sich wie bei sich zuhause. Einzige Sache was mich persönlich sehr störte, ist der Vorhang in der Dusche. Dadurch war währen dusche sehr eng und der Vorhang klebte ständig an Körper. Sonst alles war perfekt! Vielen Dank!

Uns gefiel besonders die die zentrale aber dennoch sehr ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Der Dom ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen (15 Min.) Parkplätze waren auch immer aureichend da und kosteten nichts. Kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Gemütlich und sauber eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parkplätze vor der Haustür. Zentrale Lage, aber sehr ruhig! Man kann alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns Pudelwohl gefühlt in unserem zweiten Zuhause ;-)!

David's apartment is an excellent value and extremely comfortable.
Apartment: Big comfy couch, flat screen tv, great bed and really cozy. Great for couples or business travel. There is a washing mashine available if your stay is a little longer, which is great. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a nice meal from home and several grocery stores are within walking distance.
Location: It has great access to Cologne's transit which makes it really easy to get just about anywhere in the city with little complication. You can even come straight from the airport without any connections and be within a 7 minute walk to the apartment! If you enjoy walking through cities you visit the location can't be beat. 15-20 minutes and you're well in the city center and enjoying the sites of the Cathedral and Rhein.
Host: David was excellent. Great place, great communication and very accommodating.
To sum it up, we highly recommend it and can't wait to visit again!

Our Host was kindly nice when we checked in.
When we all noticed the bad(dirty) condition of the room he promised a small discount for the circumstances. The full price has been charged though. He didn´t answer our calls and messages after that... :( -

David was an excellent host! Very accommodating and great communication. He had quick and thorough responses to any questions or concerns we had before or during our stay. You really can't ask for more than that.
He was quick to make the stay as comfortable as possible and work around our travel schedule for arrival and check out. We would not hesitate to have him as our host should the opportunity arise again in the future. Thanks for a great stay David!
