О Carlos

The place is located exactly on the description given by the host. Very convinient to everything. They make sure that cleanliness is being maintained. Which is for me the most important.

the man carlos is not a honest man

It was great for the price - location, quality, cleanliness. Carlos is a perfect host. He does his best to keep everything cosy and convenient.

Das Zimmer hatte weder ein Fenster noch sonst irgend eine Belüftung! In der Beschreibung hätte das stehen müssen! Bin schon viel gereist, aber sowas ist mir in meinem Leben noch nicht passiert.
Bad war sauber und in Ordnung.

The picture that i saw on the site was nice. But in the reality it was worse. The host has mentioned that there was a privet bathroom (it was really important for us) and when we arrived we saw a big apartment with several rooms in it and two shared bathrooms. More than this the window of our room was located infront the bathroom, it means we coudn't open the window cause everyone could see us and the whole room, also from the area of the window came very bad smell cause the pipes of the bathroom and the toilet (Sewage) where located near our window . So we slept with the window half closed (was very hot) and every time when someone was entering the bathroom in the night and switching on the light we were awake. I don't recommend this room, maybe the other rooms better.
The appartment is near to a super market that opened 24h, near to metro.

Dem Anschein nach eine Privatwohnung, tatsächlich ein Hostel-Betrieb. 5 Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer, ein Flur. Im Flur steht morgens das Frühstück, am besten, man nimmt es sich mit aufs Zimmer, es gibt kleine Tabletts. Angeboten wird nichts Dolles, kleine Croissants und Kuchen in Plastikfolie, Cornflakes, Toast, Margarine, Marmelade, Milch, Kaffee.
Das Zimmer klein, aber ausreichend groß, innenliegend mit einem Fenster zu einem Schacht. Direkt gegenüber ist das große Badezimmer. Das Bett quietschte, die Matratze war gut, wir konnten prima schlafen. Licht ausreichend. Kaum Straßenlärm, aber ein paar Geräusche vom Bad. Mit Ohrenstöpseln kein Problem. Am letzten Tag regnete es, was dazu führte, dass ein unangenehmer Geruch vom Schacht ins Zimmer drang.
Beide Bäder sehr gut, das große mit viel Platz, das andere deutlich beengter. Modern, gepflegt, einwandfrei funktionierend (bis auf das Bidet im großen), insbesondere die Dusche sehr gut. Fön vorhanden und auch genügend Haken.

The room was not optimal, as there was no window and was very hot. The door could not be locked / closed and it was very insecure. There was no pressure on the water when we needed to take a bath, so it was very hard to wash hair.

Everything was as described, very central and very easy to find and come in.
A great Place to stay. Lived up to all expectations, all the things you need for a great stay!.
I will be back and would definitely recommend to others.

It was really really good to stand there. It was so near to everything so zentral really cool.You could reach for example la ramblas in 2 min. or metrostation in 2 min. so i cant say what else is more central as this apartement. To the appartment espacially i can say that the internetconection is very good, everthing is clean, also very good was that nobody teach you when to come or not. you can have breakfast when you want. So i would say if i came to barcelona every time to Carlos and his friend. Really cool i enjoyed it and would say to everyone really cheap really friendly and no regrets.
