This nice apartment in Poble Sec was just perfect! Nice, clean and it was close to the city centre and the metro. The metro took you directly to the centre, and directly to Camp Nou in the other direction. The area (Poble Sec) has a lot of small shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a big mall just 500 meters away. The terrace was just remarkable, and just as beautiful as seen on the pictures. The rooms was nice, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Carlo and his family had taken great care of the apartment, and didn't hesitate to ask if it was anything we missed. And off course, it wasn't. We were a family on five, my father and my three brothers, and we all loved the apartment and the hospitality that Carlo and his family showed us. The next time we are/ I I'm in Barcelona, we know exactly were to stay! Highly recommended!

The situation of the flat is absolutely top! I liked Poble Sec so much, you don't have the feeling to be a part of the tourist crowd like somewhere in the old city, Ramblas or near the Placa Catalunya. Moreover I personally had an absolutely fantastistic feeling of being at home and among friends. Everybody greeted in the floor and in the great bakery just downstairs with the best espresso and the nicest service girls. The small place quite on the corner of the house had a wonderful and friendly atmosphere and I loved walking on the Montjuic. The flat was comfortable and well equipped and the terrace simply a highlight. I can't recommend this flat enough, especially for all guests looking for an authentic atmosphere and quite neighborhood.

Lage einfach klasse. Ca 2 Min zu Fuß bis zur Hauptastrasse Paral.lel- wenn man Straße runter läuft kommt man bis zur Port Vell( ca 20 min), wenn in andere Richtung - Plaza d' Espanya- dann rechtsPlaza Catalynia( große Einkaufszentrum- für uns war dort zu teuer).
Von Port Vell wir haben Barcelona City Bus genommen ( gibt's 2 Linien : Grün und Orange - Tageskarte kostet ca 27 Euro )- lont sich.
In Apartment bei Carlos gibt's alles was man braucht : Waschmaschine , WLAN,Bad, Küche mit alles wichtiges und sogar mehr, eine Terasse. Danke noch mal!!! -

This apartment is wonderful. It was very relaxing and the patio was a huge draw for our family. We used the patio for every meal that we ate at the apartment. It is about a 2 min walk to a Spar Express grocery store and about a 10 min walk to a larger supermarket (Condis). There is also a terrific bakery along the same street. The flat is a 15 min walk from the Magic Fountain of Montjuic; roughly an hour walk to the Barceloneta beach; and roughly an hour walk to the Sagrada Familia but the Poble Sec Metro stop is only about 5 min from the flat, making public transit very accessible.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment and highly recommend it. We were a family of 5 and there was plenty of space for all of us. He had recently purchased fans for the 2 bedrooms which came in very handy as the temperatures soared into the 30s while we were there. Thank you Carlo for making our trip to Barcelona so fantastic! -

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist die riesigen Dachterasse.

The great place to stay in Barcelona! Close to a wonderful park and sightseeings, 25 min walking to the beach and with a lot small shops, not expensive cafes and restaurants around. Very clean apartment with adorable terrace! We enjoyed early October evenings having dinners on this terrace!

Die Unterkunft war ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Barcelona! Dabei war die Ferienwohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und beinhaltete alle nötigen Gerätschaften, die uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machten. Außerdem liegt die Ferienwohnung in einer sehr guten Lage. Metro und Bus sind Fußläufig innerhalb von weniger als zehn Minuten erreichbar.
Die Gastgeber konnten außerdem nützlich (Insider)-Tipps für den Aufenthalt empfehlen.
Fazit: Ich persönlich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

Carlos and his family were GREAT host. They are so nice people, and they are very friendly and helpful. We had good contact due to the arrival, and they met us outside the building when we arrived. Fantastic host, that will help you with anything that you need. It was a pleasure to meet you, and I look forward to see you again next time we are in Barcelona, or you come to Norway!

Carlo ist sehr sehr freundliche Mensch , er hat alles bestens organisiert bis zum Check Out - hat auch Taxi bestellt und geholfen mit Gepäck runter zu bringen. Immer wieder! Gracias!!!

Working with Carlo was fantastic! It was extremely easy to communicate with him before we came to Barcelona and he was very friendly and personable once we arrived. The key hand over went very smoothly even though our flight was delayed by 45 minutes and we arrived around 10:45pm!! Carlo had left us fruit and drinks which was extremely thoughtful and even left candies for our 3 girls. He made our trip to Barcelona a true joy!

Carlo war ein ganz toller Gastgeber. Weil wir bereits gegen 10 Uhr in Barcelona waren, konnten wir unsere Koffer schon in der Wohnung abstellen, während er sie noch gereinigt hat. Zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter hat er ihr eine Sonnenblumen mit Geburtstagskarte und eine Flasche Wein hingestellt.

Carlo and his family are so nice people! We traveled with a small child and had early arrival to BCN and late departure from BCN. Carlo allowed us to have early check-in and check-out without problem! Also, if you need some guidance or help - Carlo will help you.
