I truly enjoy meeting fellow travelers from other states and around the world who come to stay at our property. The property is conveniently located just 1 block from the subway station. You can get to Manhattan in 15 minutes, plus have a peaceful, more spacious living space than in Manhattan, get to experience the mix of cultures that make up NYC (plus all the great international food options) and you can park for free on the street if you are on a roadtrip!

Very good value for money; nice and comfy and just a few minutes longer on the subway then staying directly in Mahatten with lot less noise and hassle.

Really nice flat in Woodside, Queens. If you want to visit NYC it's the perfect choice..
Because it's a quite neighborhood, you won't have problems to get some sleep after an exhausting sightseeing tour through Manhattan. At the apartment you have everything you need, towels, a private bathroom, a full equipped kitchen and a lot of space. At the time when I was there it was pretty cold in NYC but in the room it was all the time nice temperatured and warm. Furthermore the next subway station is pretty close (about 5 min to walk) and you have many possibilities to buy stuff and have breakfast/lunch/dinner. -

Linda and Birol are really nice hosts!
They can help you with all the questions you have, doesn't matter if you have problems taking the subway, want to go out in NYC or want to go shopping somewhere. Really nice and helpful people. If I'll come back to New York, I'll definitly stay here again. -

Me and my mom had a great stay at linda and birol's place, while visiting new york. Affordable alternative to the very expensive hotels at manhattan, and a big plus to have a nice kitchen available. we can only say good things about the apartment and our room - and quite luxsus to have own toilet as well. Linda and birol are very friendly and helpfull hosts, so can only recommend this accommodation. Subway to manhattan is very close ,and dog is really sweet :-)
