Super Wohnung mit toller Lage, absolut sauber mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor. Daumen hoch!!!

The place was exactly as described. Close to the Koelnmesse, tram (S-bahn) about 12 minutes walk then just one stop to Koelnmesse, 2 stops to the centre (aprox. 8min), airport about 12 min. (the other direction) which is unbeliavable compared to for e.g. London :). The flat was equiped so that there was nothing missing even in the kitchen except microvave and hand mixer (but that is too much to ask). But even that too much was provided by Mrs. Karioke (she opended the flat fo me and explained everything). She is extremely friendly, very nice to talk to and she provided the hand mixer without any hasitation even though I know that is something she does not have to do. Supermarket about 5 min. walk. Parking is a bit tricky like in every bigger city but if you are patient you will find a place close to the house. The only unexpected was the deposit of 100 EUR that I did not know about, but this was not a problem. I paid the deposit and it was given back when leaving. Overalll great

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage für einen Messe oder Festival besuch in Köln. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr sympathischer und aufgeschlossener Mensch. Rund um: Wohnung TOP, Gastgeber TOP!!!! Immer wieder gern!!!

We never met only spoke on the phone. Sounded very friendly and helpfull. Everything worked as promised, answere emails with some question in good time, arranged opening of the flat. Everything warked as I expected.

Sehr nett und freundlicher Gastgeber, mit extrem wertvollen Tipps für Besucher die sich in Köln nicht auskennen.
Bei Fragen kann man sich gerne an die Gastgeber wenden.
