The location of the apartment is excellent, in the walking distance from Alexanderplatz and major attractions, close to U-bahn and S-bahn. The apartment is spacious, light and clean. It has all kitchen equipment, coffee maker, and toaster. Host also provided coffee, tea, sugar, salt. Disposable slippers are also a nice touch. Highly recommend.

logement fidele à la description . il manque peu être un micro onde ( bien pratique ) et un rideaux occultant pour une chambre . Dommage que le couloir de l'immeuble soit régulierement tagué ( 3 fois en 10 jours) .Le WIFI est tres rapide et fonctionne sans aucun probleme . Laverie automatique a 5 mn à pied dans une rue proche..Emplacement du logement trés pratique pour circuler dans Berlin avec les transports en commun . Supermarché en face de l'appart ( 7h30-23h30).L'appartement a été suffisant pour le temps des vacances avec tout le confort que je souhaitait pour moi et ma famille .
Globalement séjours trés satisfaisant .

Super zentrale Lage mit traumhaften Blick auf den Alex. Ganz besonders hat uns gefallen, dass wir weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher mitbringen mussten (und das für 6 Personen)

Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Für einen Ausflug nach Berlin sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen und war geselliger Ausgangspunkt eines gelungenen Berlinbesuchs mit 6 Personen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gefällig. Die Lage ist günstig - auch für die alltäglichen Besorgungen -, denn der nächste Supermarkt oder eine gute Bäckerei ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für Leute, die nicht so gerne aus dem Koffer leben, wären ein paar weitere Verstau-Möglichkeiten günstig - und unsere lieben Frauen hätten Verlängerungsschnüre für ihre Haartrockner etc. geschätzt.
Aber bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten (!) ist die Wohnung in der Tat eine Empfehlung, wenn man mit einer kleineren Gruppe oder größerer Familie anreist.

This was the perfect place to stay in Berlin - quiet, clean, simple and very well located! The apartment had just the right amount of equipment, all tasteful, new and just what we needed, and it was surprisingly spacious too. The view across the street to the tower in Alexanderplatz was the icing on the cake!
Very well connected - U-Bahn just round the corner, S-Bahn up the street, and within walking distance of the central district, the river and the East Side gallery. Great supermarket down the street, and various food outlets out towards Inselstraße.
We were a family of 5, and were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend, and stay there again.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Konnten alles prima mit der U-Bahn, S-Bahn und dem Bus erreichen. Freundliches Personal. Die Wohnung war ausreichend ausgestattet und alles war vorhanden.

I recommend Myra as host. Everything was according to the descriptions and the place was clean, neat and spacious, even though its located in what seem to be a worn down apartment complex.

The apartment is perfectly located and exactly how is it described. Clean, big and luminous, you fill find almost everything you need (an iron is missing). It just would need a touch of color and few maps of the city, but I would totally recommend it.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Berlin. All you need in and around the house. U-bahn right around the corner and a lot within walking distance. Lively at frontside and very quiet at the backside, where the bedrooms are located.
Four stars for facilities because it's basic. But it's complete and comfortable. Exactly as descibed.

I wil highly recommend this place for people who want to discover Berlin!

The house was as seen in the photos and it has had some more benefits you cannot see on them. It was clean, quiet and very close to metro (urban) station, train (S) and bus lines. if you like walking, there are many wonderful places you can visit on foot, as the famous Alexander platz, Oberbaum brirge/Wall and Oranien strasse/Goerlitzer strasse (roads full of bars, caffee and restaurants).
The area is safe and in walking distance there is river Spree and a also small lake with a caffee-restaurant.
On the next coner (Kopernicer srasse) there are three-four small shops with many facilities (beers, snacs, fruits, internet , printer ) and at least two super markets very close. You can find all the informations in a plan inside the flat.
We stayed there some days before Christmas and we found a Christmas market very close to the flat in Jovanowitz station (about 10 minutes walking).
We will book again the same flat when we will return in Berlin. We do recomend it. Thanks 9ftats!
