Several times I was in California and New York. I also work for an US company which is located in Milpitas US. Wien ist bekannt für seine Sehenswürdigkeiten und seinem Flair. Viele Bars, Restaurants und historische Gebäude zeichnen die Stadt aus. Albrecht 3.0 08/10/2018Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und für einen Wienbesuch zu zweit zu empfehlen; bei mehr Personen kann die Einraumwohnung eng werden. Der schicken Ausstattung fehlt es an kleinen praktischen Dingen wie ein schließbares Waschbecken (insgesamt zu flach, man spritzt den ganze Waschtisch nass) oder Topflappen. Teetrinker vermissen eine Teekanne. Die Umgebung nahe Prater ist gewöhnungsbedürfnis; ein Teil der Hausbewohner, vor allem aber die der Umgebung, sind nicht deutschsprachiger Herkunft, was aber kein Mangel ist. Das Haus, Treppenhaus, Flure (nicht die Wohnung!) haben bessere Tage gesehen. Geschätzt haben wir den überdachten Fahrradständer im Hinterhof, unter dem trotz gewisser Enge auch für unsere Räder Platz war. Die zwei Duschköpfe fand ich toll. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.

l' appartement est bien ( malgré le fait que la chambre soit très petite , le lit est contre le mur et pas du tout de petit chevet) et les rideaux ne coupent pas la lumière. par contre le voisinage est déplorable : les voisins méttaient de la musique arabe à toute heure tard le soir , faisaient de la cuisine et du bruit sur les balcons juqu' à 1h du matin , des personnes criaient ans la cour en fin de nuit . nous n' avons pas fait une nuit de plus de 3 heurescar en plus lever du jour à 5h , chaleur étouffante et pas possibilité d' ouvrir les fenêtres du fait des nuisances sonores ! Vraiment dommage car la situation est intéressante pour visiter la ville avec le métro tout près mais quartier déplorable !

IN DER UNTERKUNFT IST ES ZIEMLICH LAUT DA DORT EINIGE WOHNUNGEN UMGEBAUT WERDEN. ES GIBT KEINE UNTERLAGEN FÜR DIE BEDIENUNG DER FERNSEHANLAGE ODER DER ANDEREN GERÄTE. AUCH SONST GIBT ES KEINE TIPS ODER VORSCHLAGE FÜR DEN ÖFFENTLICHEN NAHVERKEHR. DAS DRUM UND DRAN IST ALSO SCHON SEHR MAGER.ES GEHT IN ERSTER LINIE WOHL NUR UMS " KOHLE " MACHEN. UND DAS MAN DREI MONATE IM VORAUS DEN VOLLEN MIETPREIS ZAHLEN MUSS HAB ICH NOCH NIE ERLEBT.

The flat is really excellent. Only the train in the shower was blocked. I had to remove hairs in the train. This should be the regular job of the cleaning people. Besides that everything was perfect

DEN GASTGEBER BEKOMMT MAN NICHT ZU GESICHT. SCHLÜSSELÜBERGABE MACHT EINE PUTZFRAU. MAN KANN DEN HERRN ZWAR ANRUFEN ABER DAS IST SCHON SEHR UNPERSÖNLICH. DAS KANN MAN MIT SICHERHEIT BESSER MACHEN.

As 9flats (not Mr. Haidinger) offered parking we booked parking. 9 flats has send us an invoice the parking fees as booked. The problem - the parking is a private underground in the basement of the BILLA-supermarket, so it still had to be paid separatly.
We told that problem to Mr. Haidinger and the send us the value in cash the the same day. No extra administration for us. Pérfect and thanks Mr. Haidinger
