DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!!
I got a completely different place from the one I have booked.
Also, less then 20 minutes after my initial request I have sent a message requesting to change the order to 3 nights instead of 6 nights. This request was ignored and I was charged for 6 nights.
After contacting 9flats.com customer service I was told there is nothing to do.
The place I got instead was horrible, I was there for only one night - and yet was charged for 6 nights.
Beware of this site, and this guy.

As it seems the apartment was not rent from private, but by a business concern, i started to pack also hygienic articles to clean the apartment.
Thank God, because the apartment was not only dirty, but also had NOTHING in common with the pictures shown in the internet.
It was TINY, SHABBY and SMELLY.
The floor had broken flagging instead of pit, the bath had no doors like at the pictures but mildewy cotton curtains, we had only one dirty cooktop and the diches was broken and uncomplete.
All together: FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION!!!

Wir haben das Studio gebucht, jedoch ein Studio an einer anderen Adresse in Paris erhalten.

* 7. nicht 6. Etage ohne Lift
* WC - sehr schmutzig.
* WC Licht Defekt
* Dusche sehr klein.
* unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluß
* Etagenbett Schlafsofa Defekt lässt sich nicht ausklappen, knarrt und kracht.
* Kein Überzug auf dem Sofa.
* Keine Bettwäsche.
* Zimmer war nicht geputzt

Für zwei Erwachsene recht eng. Dieses Zimmer bietet keine Rückzugsmöglichkeit zur Erholung in Paris. Wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist Ok wenn alles in Ordnung gewesen wär.

SCHADE!!!

Wirklich winzig, zum Übernachten für einen Erwachsenen und ein Kind in Ordnung. Zwei Erwachsene hätten sicher schon weniger Spaß. Und aufhalten kann man sich hier wirklich kaum. Gefühlte 2 Meter auf 2,50 und alles andere als heimelig. Aber zu dem Preis...!
