Die Wohnung erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen , und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt . Nach so einer Adresse haben wir lange gesucht-nun hat die Suche ein Ende .Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Der Preis ist für die Wohnung , Ausstattung und Lage völlig angemessen .

Exceptional and outstanding apartment, with a clean, warm and very tasteful interior design. Prime location with top public transport connections in a beautiful street with stunning views, primarily the TV Tower and quality bars, restaurants, night life and galleries all nearby. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber, frische Blumen zur Begrüssung - man fühlt sich hier einfach nur wohl. :-) Besser als jedes Hotel!
Wenn ich wieder nach Berlin kommen sollte, dann hierher. -

Wolfgangs Wohnung liegt an exponierter Stelle in Berlin-Mitte und ist ein ästhetischer Genuss. Großzügig eingerichtet, Licht durchflutet, mit Balkon und mit allem, was man zum Leben in einer Wohnung braucht, ausgestattet. Blumen zur Begrüßung sind wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes.

This is an amazing apartment. You wouldn't think it could be EVEN nicer than the photos but it IS! It's huge, stylish and immaculate. Just immaculate. And in a great location. I have got nothing but good things to say about this place. All the little things that make the difference - good wifi, really good central heating so even though it was -10 outside we were cosy! Separate bath and shower, lots of hot water, well equipped kitchen, lots of extra pillows, Crunchy nut cornflakes in the cupboard (!).. I could go on and on.

Sehr hübsche Wohnung! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Lage ist super und es ist ruhig. Wirklich eine Traumwohnung!

The apartment is nice and cozy, all is new with a good decoration, in a renovated building with great care for the environme. It is a quiet and comfortable area.

The flat was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, spacious, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know who might be traveling through Germany, and I too would love to stay there again if I am in the area. Everything was perfect.

Die Wohnung ist mindestens so schön, wie es die Fotos versprechen! Außerdem super gemütlich und sehr zentral gelegen.

Die wahrscheinlich schönste Wohnung in Berlin.
Hohe Decken, hell, ganz viele Steckdosen und Licht-Kombinationen und ein super Bad sowie getrenntes WC.
Liebevoll eingerichtet ohne IKEA-Einerlei und last but not least: viel Freiraum.
Da macht es auch nicht, dass das WLAN nicht so gut funktioniert.
Insgesamt ist der Titel Traumwohnung einfach korrekt! -

Definitiv eine wunderbare Wohnung, sehr empfehlenswert! Die gute Lage allgemein und die U-Bahn Rosenthaler Platz um die Ecke machen diesen Platz perfekt! Wir haben uns in dieser sehr schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gut durchdachten Wohnung richtig wohlgefühlt. Sie ist hell, morgens und abends, freundlich, RUHIG, obwohl man mitten drin ist, Badewanne mit Blick in den "Himmel über Berlin", frische Blumen zum Empfang, WLAN, super Bett... WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!

Eine hochwertige und stilvolle Wohnung mitten in der City von Berlin. Der U-Bahnhof Rosenthaler Platz ist drei Gehminuten entfernt. Der Hackesche Markt ist zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn schnell zu erreichen. Trotz zentraler Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und der Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein. Da ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne und eine extra Gästetoilette vorhanden ist, kann die Wohnung für 2 bis 4 Besucher vergeben werden.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Vermieter bereits erwartet und herzlich begrüßt .Wolfgang ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit , und hat sich sehr darum bemüht , dass wir uns wohlfühlen - ein super Gastgeber .Wir freuen und auf ein Wiedersehen !

Immer guter Laune und interessiert, sogar wenn er am Sonntagmorgen von den Gästen zum Koffer abtsellen aus dem Bett geworfen wird. ;-)

Wolfgang is a total sweetheart. He met us at the door with a big smile and had all the information we could have possibly needed. As he lives upstairs you know that if there was ever a problem he was available. BUT we had not a single problem in 5 days as the flat was perfect... a brilliant host.

Wolfgang Schrodl was an excellent host. He was very friendly and pleasant. He was eager to offer any kind of help or to make sure we had everything we needed. He also has a vast knowledge of the surrounding area, which is nice for people from out of town. He takes very good care of the flat, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wolfgang ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Er kennt sich in Berlin aus und weiß wo was zu erleben ist. Er antwortet sehr schnell und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Wohl seiner Gäste ist ihm sehr wichtig und er probiert alles, damit die Zeit in Berlin wunderschön wird.
