Sobre Néstor
Naci en Argentina y llegue a Barcelona en 1976.Llevo 30 años viviendo en este piso al que le dedique mucho esfuerzo y cariño para que esté como se ve. Mis pasiones primeras fueron el cine y el dibujo, luego llego la arquitectura, la escenografía y los viajes. A los huéspedes que no conocen Barcelona les aconsejo dejarse llevar por los sitios que mas les interese según sus preferencias y se los indico. También los secretos del barrio, restaurantes y lugares que no están en las guías. Si aceptan les doy mi amistad y me entrego plenamente para que sea mas grato el paso por mi casa.

Patrick 5.0 21/06/2016The apartment was so nice to live in. My room - the one with the big window - was very spacy. The interior is really nice, Néstor has a good taste and the whole apartment was always very clean. It really felt like a second home. I will definitely come back.

una casa bohemia re linda - central gelegen an der Grenze zum schönen alten Viertel Gracia, in dem es entspannt und alltäglich zugeht, fern von Tourismus und großem Geld - Busse und U-Bahn verschaffen beste Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Sehr zu empfehlen ! -

Nestór is a wonderful host and it made my journey much more worthwile. Everything about him is very stylish and elegant. In the middle of the city in a wonderful house you can visit a lot of things and find out there is still no enough time to see everything and Nestór is very helpful the in all of this. He is also an artist and one can see art in his house everywhere. After coming back it was even more clear to me how wonderful everything was and I started missing it before I took my shoes off. Thank you Nestór for being your guest!

The apartment was very comfortable and big, I was right from the beginning of my stay able to use everything like someone who shares the apartment with Nestor for years.

in die unterkunft hatten wir uns ja bereits durch die bilder verliebt, die realität bestätigte den eindruck. die wohnung war sauber, schnörkellos, aber hübsch eingerichtet. sie lag centrumnah, und wir haben uns in ihr jederzeit wohlgefühlt.

Appartement très bien situé (quartier résidentiel) et en dehors de la foule touristique de la ville. Liaisons fort pratiques que ce soit en bus ou en métro.
La chambre n'est pas très grande et la salle de bains non plus mais c'est idéal pour la personne seule que je suis.

Néstor is a really nice person. He is very open-minded, interested and helpful. As I was taking spanish classes in Barcelona he also was a great help with learning to speak. Sharing a flat never felt so easy.

Nestor und seine Freunde sind mir ans Herz gewachsen in dieser Woche ! Ein sehr entspannter, herzlicher und offener Umgang wird in diesem Haus gepflegt - ich habe mich einfach rundum wohlgefühlt !

Nestor is one of the most positive persons I have met so far; he is full of live. Even tho we only communicated with broken english, or with help of his friends that he introduced me to, we got along very well, laughed a lot and became friends. I am very confident in visiting him next year again and to learn spanish.
He is an amazing host!

nestor ist ein zuvorkommender, sich kümmernder und hilfsbereiter gastgeber. wenn man es möchte, wird früh zusammen gefrühstückt. so manches glas wein leerten wir abends zusammen. leider gab es einige verständigungsschwierigkeiten, ich spreche kein spanisch, er kein englisch. da war es gut, dass meine tochter fließend spanisch spricht.

Néstor is really like on the photo !! A fun person to be with, very charming, interested and open minded. Chit-chating with him made my stay in Barcelona even more enjoyable. Next time in Barcelona: for sure at his house !
