Absolut empfehlenswert!!! Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, aber nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es nur wenige Schritte. (Auto ist in Florenz NICHT empehlenswert)
Der Zustand der Wohnung ist "wie neu" und es wurde einfach an alles gedacht - bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten wie ein Kleiderständer!
Auch das Bett ist in Ordnung. Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich umfassend, inkl. Espressomaschine (mit Kaffeepulver!).
Wir fahren gerne wieder hin!!!

Very beautiful little flat. This place is perfect for couples who want to have a home base as they explore the Tuscany region. Very clean with little touches such as lots of books on the region as well as a greeting bottle of wine and box of cookies made this place very special! Restaurant that is a whole 30 second walk from the house is not to be missed either. If you do their special menu, you get an appetizer, first course, second course, side, dessert and glass of wine for only 15 euros (but bring a dictionary if you want to know what your ordering, or don't and be surprised)!! The only very minor criticism would be that while the place does indeed have wifi, it is limited to outside in the courtyard only. Also comes with very friendly cat :)

Nettes und gemütliches neu renoviertes Apartment. In der Küche sind alle möglichen Geräte und Koch-Utensilien vorhanden, außerdem gibt es einen Fernseher.
Die Lage des Hauses ist schön ruhig.
Großer Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Supermarkt Entfernung 10-15 Autominuten

Nicoletta und ihr Sohn Enrico sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Verständigen kann man sich auf Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und natürlich Italienisch.
Der Empfang war herzlich wie bei einem Familienbesuch, Nicoletta hat mit uns gleich eine kleine Rundfahrt gemacht und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gezeigt!

Nicoletta and her son were wonderful hosts! Upon arriving we were greeted not only with a tour of our apartment but also a guided tour to show us where the markets were (we would have never found them otherwise) which turned into a small tour of the city by night! They were almost always around, and even when they weren't, it was very easy to get in touch with them by phone or email. I would highly recommend her and would love to stay with them again.

Familie sehr freundlich.
Bei Fragen immer sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Die Begrüßungs-Wein und Gebäck mit Mandelsplittern war echt süß und sehr lecker ;)
