A very nice room, very bright - we had some wonderfull days in Rome. However, do not forget anything upstairs - ascending five floors takes some time...;-)

Das abgeschlossene Zimmer mit eigener Dusche und WC ist sehr hell, freundlich und sauber. Man kann morgens einen Kaffee oder Tee kochen. Am Bahnhof ist man in 5 Minuten. In der Straße und näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken und abends essen zu gehen und sich ein paar Drinks zu genehmigen.

The place is clean. It looks exactly like on the photos.
Room is very good situated. It is closed to Coloseum and Trajan's Column. We were walking everywhere by foot.

Sehr schönes, sonniges Zimmer in dem man sich gerne aufhält und wunderbar schläft! Die Lage ist nur wenige Geminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dort fahren Busse und Züge in alle Richtungen und man findet immer wieder zurück Termini kennt jeder!

The room and bathroom was very clean, nice and beautiful as seen on the pictures and the bed is very very comfortable. I loved the visit!

An absolutely gorgeous apartment and an incredible value. My wife and I were shocked at the large amount of space and the chic interior. It is close to the metro and train station and an easy walk to Monti. My wife and I would return in a heartbeat.

The room was as described, very clean and comfortable. I can definitely recomend it and would be happy to stay there again during our next vist.

If you are looking for a cozy place in the center of Rome you should book the SWEET WHITE ROOM or also the SWEET WHITE FLAT.
From there you can go everywhere by our feet or you can use the next substation around the corner(500meter).
If you want to be independent you should book the SWEET WHITE FLAT because you have a great kitchen and living room and there can stay 4 people (2 in a bed an 2 on the couch).

Tolles Apartment mitten in Rom, sehr nah am Bahnhof. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und schön! Und definitiv ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auch super ausgestattet mit Küche inkl. Waschmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Equipment zum Kochen. Zwei kleine Mängel hat das Apartment: 5. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl (aber das ist schaffbar) und nicht klimatisiert (es gibt aber einen Ventilator.
Wer eine Städtereise nach Rom plant, ist hier wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben und kann ohne Bedenken buchen!

Wunderbarer Blick über die Dächer Roms, sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und will nie mehr weg.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos der Vermieterin entsprechen dem Zustand vor Ort- alles sauber und schön weiß. Das Bad ist elegant, mit einer Dusche mit Glastrennwänden und großformatigen Fliesen. Das Bett liegt sich sehr komfortabel und es gab genügend Kissen, um es sich bequem zu machen. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster im 5.OG gen Nationalbibliothek und darüberhinaus in die Berge ist toll. Die Umgebung ist durch Durchgangsverkehr und Touristen etwas laut, aber mit geschlossenen Fenster absolut erträglich.
Wir fahren bestimmt noch einmal hin.

It's a really nice and modern appartment and perfectly located in central Roma! It was a perfect choice.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist perfekt für alle, die mit dem Zug oder dem Flieger nach Rom reisen. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigeiten sind gut mit der U-Bahn, dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

Maria Luisas Sweet White Flat ist eine tole Unterkunft für eine Reise nach Rom. SIe liegt zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Termini. Wir sind zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gegangen. In umittelbarer Nähe befinden sich außerdem zwei Supermärkte. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns jeden Tag darauf gefreut, in die Wohnung zurückzukehren.

The location:
Very close to Termini railway station, Castro Pretorio and Termini metro station, and Termini bus station.
There are some museums not far away: Terme di Diocleziano, and Palazzo Massimo, and two supermarkets where you can find almost everything you need! ;-)

Lisi fills it with details and attention to make us comfortable, like mosquito repellent (Trust me, you won't need it, we stayed there for more than one week and have never seen any mosquitos!), water heater with teas and coffees, hair dryer, and even a bathroom scale and an umbrella!
The bed and the pillows are very comfortable!
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a buidling, with no elevator. But if you take your time to climb up the stairs, it's not hard. It's worth it!
We will definitely come back again next time! No doubt about it!

Absolute awesome accommodation... you will miss nothing, the place is clean, stylish, calm and in a good area. Very good bed. We loved it :) !!! Come back for sure.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gut und zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen.
Da die Wohnung in der 5. Etage liegt, und dass ohne Fahrstuhl, sollte man einigermaßen fit sein. Wir sind beide im Rentenalter und hatten mit den Treppen keine Probleme.

Das Apartment ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet, so möchte man selbst auch privat wohnen. Alles ist sauber und neu. Die Lage ist gut, ca. 2-3 Gehminuten vom Banhhof Termini entfernt. Mehrere Supermäkte sind in der Nähe, Restaurants überall. Das Ristorante im Erdgeschoss des gleichen Hauses ist zum Beispiel zu empfehlen, genauso wie die "Gelato Factory" 50m weiter. Wirklich eine tolle Alternative zum Hotel, da viel schöner.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ist sauber und schön möbliert. Da im 5.Stock gelegen und ohne Aufzug aber nicht für gehbehinderte Personen geeignet.

We have a wonderful week in Rome. The room looks exactly line on the pictures and the description matches the reality. We have walked to most places but it's located close to Termini and even closer to Metro line B so easily accessible to public transport. There is a fan that helps to cool down humid air in Rome. No air conditioning but ok just with fan.

Das Zimmer ist perfekt. Alles frisch renoviert, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Lage, wenige Straßen
vom Bahnhof Termini entfernt, ist sehr gut, um die Stadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Dorthin fahren viele Buslinien,
die beiden Metrolinien kreuzen sich dort und man hat auch die Shuttlebus-Haltestellen für den Flughafenpendelverkehr
dort. Das Viertel selbst hat einige Restaurants und ist auch spät abends problemlos zu durchqueren.

The place was even better than we expected. The decoration is modern and everything is so clean that you'll feel totally relaxed after your city adventure. The apartment is confortable, spotless. We will stay in this apartment for sure anytime we come back to Rome.

Our trip to Rome has been wonderful. The room has been great, clean and just as it has been described online. The location is great. Termini is just a few minutes away and it is possible to walk to quite a few sights.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Da die Wohnung sich im 5. Stock befindet, kann man die Fenster tagsüber geöffnet lassen und nur die Fensterläden schließen, so dass man immer in eine gut gelüftete Wohnung zurückkommt.

The apartment is fabulous and superclean. The bed is fantastic and extremely comfortable. In the bathroom there are plenty of small, useful things (hair pins, tissues etc.) and plenty of towels of various sizes. You can choose from many CDs to listen to. We felt really comfortable there and will definitely book again when we go to Rome next time.

The Sweet White Room is absolutely adorable. The room is really cozy, well equipped and clean. It's located near Termini, so you get fast to every destination.

The luxury flat is very clean, roomy and comfortable. It was always a pleasure to come back there after a long day out in Rome. It is very good located with access to Metro and bus nearby at Termini train station. We can highly recommend it and would choose it again when coming back to Rome.

Über the Little White room können wir nur sehr Gutes sagen. Es war alles toll eingerichtet, sauber und das Haus liegt nahe dem Bahnhof, von welchem aus alles in Rom schnell erreichbar ist. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dementsprechend Super!

All I can say is awesome! From the location, the comfort, cleanliness, the price, and of course the host, Maria Luisa. She is so sweet and warm and helpful, we loved staying at her Sweet White Room (which is a very accurate and great description). We met up with her and she showed us the room, gave us great info for getting around and also recommended 2 local restaurants off the tourist grid, they were great. The room is very comfortable, clean, and the location is awesome with just a few min. walk to Termini. From Termini you can basically get anywhere in the city, either by metro or bus. This was a great location for my wife and I (no kids) to explore Rome, which we loved, and a big part of that was due to staying at Maria Luisa's flat. If staying in Rome, for a real experience, stay here. YOU WILL LOVE IT! We would definitely recommend and will stay here again when in Rome

Groß, sehr hübsch eingreichtet, neue und hochwertige Ausstattung (u.a. Gasherd, Bidet), bequemes Bett, sehr sauber. Fünfte Etage ohne Lift; dafür tolle Aussicht über den östlichen Teil der Stadt. Gute Lage im Quartier hinter dem Bahnhof mit viel Gastronomie. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms gelangt man mit der U-Bahn ab Termini oder mit dem Bus 492 ab Piazza Indipendenza (ca. 500 m). Hier gibt es auch einen Supermarkt für Selbtsversorger. Insgesamt für den Preis sehr empfehlenswert.

The Sweet White Flat is the perfect place to stay in Rome! The modern equipment, the small distances to the city centre and all sights (metro 2 min walk) as well as the very friendly host Luisa build a georgous combination. The flat was beautiful arranged, very clean and good located. On top it's very quiet and a perfect place to relax.

The flat is absolute gorgeous. You feel like a gast in 5-star suite. Everthing is quite new and on high standard. "Rome is nearby". You can walk to villa borghese or to the spanish steps or to fontana di trevi. You can also easily use the bus-system from the station termini. For our next stay in Rome we will book it again.

El apartamento esta muy bien situado, cerca de la estación Termini, donde tienes tren, metro y autobuses para casi todos los sitios. Es una zona tranquila, con restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y comercios. El apartamento es muy luminoso, está limpio, esta reformado y es bastante nuevo. Tiene una cama muy grande que se duerme muy bien. Está en un quinto piso sin ascensor.

We stayed at Luisa’s lovely sweet white room – perfect for a couple on a city trip. Everything was exactly as promised. We met her very nice son who showed us around and explained everything in detail and even gave us tips what places to go to. Perfectly located close to Termini station. We would definitely stay there again!

The rooms are clean and excactly as described and shown on the images. The bed especially is great - a white and most comfortable cloud!

We stayed here for 3 nights over New Year 2013/14 and it was magical. Having previously stayed in Trastevere, I wanted somewhere with better transport links. The apartment was in a lovely area with the Metro no more than a 3 minute walk. There was a nice pizzeria take away opposite for late night snacks and 4 or 5 restaurants locally should you wish to eat out before venturing out into the city. The apartment exceeded expectations, it was huge! The bed was very comfortable and with an open plan living room, kitchen diner there was plenty of space to relax with all the amenities you might need. The bathroom was nice too. I was extremely pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any friends and family wishing to visit Rome.

Seul petit bémol, le gaz ne fonctionnait pas, du coup, pas possible de se faire à manger.

The apartment is just wonderful. The location is prefect. We took the metro to vatican and walked back, which took us a bit more than one hour as we were stopping everywhere on the way back. Even thou it is on the 5th floor, it's worth walking all those steps. The view is quiet nice, you can see the rooftops of the surrounding buildings but in the background you have the mountains. The apartment has everything you need. We would stay here again.

A very nice new renovated flat. Even better than I imagined after seeing the pictures. Nice view over the eastern parts of Rome with the mountains in the background. The apartement had everything you need even a Nespresso machine ;)
I did everything by foot Colosseum 30min, Vatican 45min.
When you don't feel like walking at the evening just hop onto the Metro and from Termini only 5 minutes of walking.
I highly recommend it and I would go there again.

Perfect for our trip. Only a short walk from Termini station, though the 5 flights of stairs (143 steps!) are exhausting, particularly after a full days sight seeing. A really nice, stylish flat that provides a lovely space to relax and unwind. Generally terrible restaurants in the area, best to head elsewhere. We would definitely book again.

The flat is near Termini - but in a good and secure area where a lot of hotels and restaurants are located. The flat is very modern & chic - totally in white - including bedroom, bathroom & livingroom with kitchenette. Very comfortable, cosy and individual for young and modern couples. You can imagine that the owner used to live there before by himself. Comfortable place for people who like to enjoy Italian food done by themselves (Super-Market nearby).L ocated on the 5th floor (without elevator!) with a great view and sunshine in the morningtime. And if it rains as it did when stayed in Rome, you are in the best place to enjoy 'la dolce vita' inside.
We really enjoyed every minute of our stay in Rome and we were very pleased to get to know this 'secret sweet white flat'.

Very very great and clean apartment in the center, kind hosts. Just the oven was too slow to heat up. Everything else is perfect in this flat, you only have to be a bit sporty, cause the apartment is on the fifth floor without elevator. Apart from that the view is just georgous!!
