The apartment is just wonderful! Bright, clean, modern. We found the apartment has everything necessary for our holidays and a comfortable stay! We liked having 2 bathrooms (one has an outlet from the bedroom). The apartment is very conveniently located - about 5 minutes on foot a large supermarket, cafes and public transport. We were very pleased with our wonderful stay!

The flat is in a lovely and safe residential area but close to transportation ( 15 min walk to Piazza del Popolo). The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished (all new), including sheets and towels. Besides the large rooms, there are two full bathrooms. The landlord is very attentive and provides everything you need including fresh fruit upon arrival!

Lovely, spacious apartment in a safe residential neighborhood. Great location and ideal for a long term stay or a week. Two full bathrooms and new furniture. The landlord is very attentive and makes sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Luigi is absolutely wonderful host!! He is very considerate, polite and friendly! Luigi met us at any later time, give us the necessary clarifications regarding the flats, left written instructions and recommendations for excursions, showed the terrain cafe, stop and shops. Thank you for our wonderful holiday in Rome!!! Luigi, we wish you good luck and great new features!!!

Luigi is a very attentive landlord, providing everything you need in the apartment. He and his wife also provided suggestions on the local neighborhood and advice on traveling and transportation.

Luigi is a wonderful host, very helpful and made sure you have everything you need. In addition he and his wife were helpful in terms of suggestions for shopping, food and other logistics. The apartment had fresh fruit waiting for us!
