Our family has quite a history with the quiet, 101-year-old residential building where our apartments are located: my wife and I toured an apartment here on our third date. My real estate agent warned me that a unit in this prime location wouldn’t last long on the market, and luckily, my now-wife agreed to our unique date. In fact, it was she who convinced me to purchase the run-down apartment and completely refurbish it to offer as my first rental. Now we have 5 lovely apartments and an even lovelier young daughter
