I work regularly as a secondary teacher and have been living in Barcelona half my life ; still like living in this vibrant lively kind city. My.husband and I, although new in 9flats.com, have been renting the small apartment we offer for several years, being by now a very satisfying experience.

Super Lage. Sehr Vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung in "Wohngegend" mit vielen kleinen Bars und Läden für Einheimische. Kleinere Mängel in der Wohnung. Aber alles in allem war das Appartment ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen in Barcelona!

Ruhiges Apartment umgeben von vielen kleinen Bars, die meist von freundlichen Arabern betrieben werden, in denen gutes und günstiges Essen zubereitet wird. Vom kleinen Balkon aus schöner Blick über die Dächer der umgebenden Häuser. Die Lage ist gut, wir haben von dort aus fast alles zu Fuß erreichen können, für einen nochmaligen Barcelona Besuch eine gute Adresse.

This apartment is located in Poble Sec, and area which still has a very authentic feeling to it. This area has a fantastic mixture of local and multicultural life and at the same time is very close to the touristy center of Barcelona (10-15 minute walk to las Ramblas for instance). It is also not far from Montjuic, one of the lungs of the city and veru well communicated by metro and buses.
The apartment is not very big but it has the perfect size to fit 4 or 5 people. It is fully equipped and, although it is not new, it is in good condition. It has a small balcony which overlooks the back side of the building and therefore it's quite although there's a lot of sun light.
