I am here to add life to Life. So I will give you a piece of advise: You only need three things so as to be happy: 1. Health. Without health, you cannot take pleasure in existing. 2. Good environment. A good place to live and to explore. 3. Good companions, people to share love and laughs with. Solely strive for these three things, in that order, during your passage on this planet, and you will experience a happy, fruitful, meaningful life.

Christoph 5.0 11/09/2013The flat is great and works for a family of 4. It is stylish and modern and makes you feel like you are living in Paris and not just staying there. The living room has a place to sleep and there is an additional bedroom. We actually chose to put the 2 kids in the bedroom, so that they could sleep earlier and we stayed up with a glass of wine in the living room and then slept on the pull-out sofa. It was comfortable and no problem for adults to sleep on - and we are usually picky with matresses! The location was amazing and friends stayed in the hotel across the street. The bathroom has a tub/shower and a washing machine, which was helpful. It is a busy bustling street in Les Halles - we only bought metro tickets for 3 of our 7 days - the rest we walked and walked. Many things you would want to do in Paris are in walking distance. The 4th floor means a good view and extra exercise after all that rich French food. We would stay here again - our kids even started calling the place "home."

The flat was great! One separate room with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa bed that was perfect for my 2 daughters. The kitchen is well equiped, and everything works well. The bathroom is good too.
It is just a few minutes walking to the Louvre (maybe 5min.) and we also walked to Notre Dame with no problem. Metro station is just 3 min. walking too! There are restaurants, supermarkets and even a bio market around.
Olivier (the person who received us), was very kind, explained everything, and was also very punctual!
A great apartment, close to everything! Just keep in mind that it is in the 4th floor with no lifts...

Francois met us on the day we checked in - he happened to be in town - and was very friendly and very flexible with the check-out (which someone else managed). All emails were responded to quickly and professionally. We paid 400€ deposit and got the money back when we checked out. Everything was well organized and we would stay there again! Thanks for providing us with a great place to stay for our magical week in Paris. No problems, no complaints!

Francois was very quick to answer my emails, and gave us all the details we needed about the appartment and how to get there. He was also very kind and helped us extending our check out time as our train was late afternoon.
